non mi avete mai risposto alle email, mi avete semplicemente reinviato la stessa email di ordine ricevuto due volte nel giro di due settimane, zero informazioni o rassicurazioni a un cliente che vi ha dato 200 euro ed avete completamente abbandonato due secondi dopo

Very pleased to be able to write a review recognising excellent customer service, top quality coats, speedy delivery and good prices. I’ve seen other reviews on here and shared none of others’ troubles. I was nervous about trusting a website that looked like someone else’s but with the prices all cut by 50%. I was spooked when the Pay Pal link took me to Shop Pay instead and after initially cancelling my order I returned. In the meantime I did as they suggest and measured a coat of mine which I like the fit of: great idea. Having searched around for reviews, I thought it worth trying again and am delighted to say it all worked out. I’ve been done over in the past and am wary of ‘if it looks too good to be true’ offers. But Duffle Coats UK came up trumps and I now have a great looking duffle and a great looking Pea Coat. My tip would be to measure a coat that you like wearing and go from there. A happy customer 👍👍

Har i januar returneret jakke for bytning , har ikke modtaget nogen som helst bekræftelse fra jer pr mail. I svarer heller ikke på de mange mail jeg har sendt. Tvivler efterhånden på jeg får ny størrelse tilsendt. Skal det være god service, ja spørger bare. Handel ikke med dem

The dufflecoat is great quality at a very good price. I ordered up a size (women's) to allow for layering in winter months and found this to be perfect especially as it has a zip as well as toggles. Customer service are difficult to get hold of but did eventually help regarding my first order which I had to return - quick refund after parcel received. Thank you.

Bij deze winkel een jas besteld. Hij was te klein, wilde de jas terug sturen en toen begon de ellende, bij opgegeven adres kwam de jas niet aan...... de jas kwam reout naar Nederland. Een ander adres (op website) gebruikt, maar weer wordt de jas niet afgeleverd. Bestaat de winkel überhaupt wel..of ligt de fout bij post nl en andere vervoerders, inmiddels heeft de jas, die ik niet heb, me al meer dan 350€ gekost. Waardeloos,,,

It has been 16 days since they signed for receiving the coats back and I am yet to receive a refund. They even wrote me an email saying the coats have been received back but I have not received a refund. Do not buy, who knows what is happening there. Would £198 really break their bank?

It has been 10 days since Duffle Coats UK have received the items back and they still have not issued a refund! I have emailed and reply was - yes we have the coats back but you will have to be patient with the refund. Absolutely appalling!

The jacket arrived and was good quality it just didn’t fit. I paid £11 to return the jacket. I’ve still not had a refund. I’ve contacted them twice by email and been ignored. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. Shocking customer service. I will update this again if I ever receive my refund!!! 😡

This is a review that will be updated IF the issue can be solved. Firstly, I hate leaving negative reviews but this is justified at this point. Bought London Duffle for husband in Sept. and from Montgomery because it's the original duffle company and the one he has always wanted. A classic company which has/had a great reputation to live up to. The only issue is the hood is massive -and I mean massive. To a point where it looks ridiculous up - not his or my opinion BTW but that of people we have shown it to whom have actually laughed when it was put up! Contacted customer service and all we wanted is for a new hood that was suitable to be sent out. They admitted in their response that they have issues with the hood sizing......so why are they still selling them until the problem is solved? Asked for advice on what to do next to get the hood replaced or just to get the issues sorted ass wanted to keep the coat. The response was terrible. Can't change hood (even though it's removable???) Need to send back but would not tell me what the next option would be apart from exchange. Exchange to what???? No help whatsoever. Seriously - it was like hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get any help or advice.........what are you doing!!! So my husband wants to keep the coat and just needs a proper hood to be sent out, instead they want it sent back and to give the money back which I have no doubt could take ages and then he would have no duffle coat at all. I have also noticed you can't contact the manager as they don't tell you who that is. Also that they have another website setup selling the exact same thing but as the original montgomery site - same company, address and everything. So I will leave this review there too as it is the same company and I expect a response asap to get this resolved.

Bought a lovely coat from them, arrived in 2 days, amazing quality and looks great, I will buy from these guys again.
