James has recently serviced my boiler and installed an outside tap but has been doing plumbing work in my home since 2018. He is amazing and the only plumber I will allow into my home! Over the years he has serviced the boiler, upgraded my heating system to a smart system, installed new radiators everywhere throughout my home, installed a gas hob and repaired leaks. I have never had any problems with any of the work completed. The heating system is still going strong 5 years on. I would give extra stars if possible. Thank you for you hard work as always James!

Request for a replacement boiler, my options were clearly laid out leaving me to make the final choice. Work was cleanly and efficiently carried out with my questions on the procedures answered. A fantastic service. I had a leak in a flat bay window roof. On a Sunday I Googled roofing companies having tried and failed to get it fixed locally from my usual roofer. Sam was courteous and took the details, gave the job to his roofer and it was done as promised within 3 days. That was about 5 weeks ago and it seems a good job. Job is guaranteed and as ever the measure of a company I find is in how they respond to a problem. But I'm confident all will be well and there'll be no problem. The price was cheaper than a local quote. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I used One Source Roofing to complete my project with a new roof on our home we had just brought and had them build a dormer to convert our loft to and extra room. I approached Woodbridge Garden Rooms after looking at their website. It is so clear and easy to visualise the end result. After over 40 years working as a professional artist and designer I needed space to create some new work on larger canvases. Tom and Sam could not have been more helpful in helping us achieve something which was way beyond what we'd hoped for. Yes we now have a practical, creative space in which to work, but something much more, a beautiful building totally in keeping with the ambience of the conservationist village where we live.

We did a bit of shopping around before we selected Woodbridge Garden Rooms. We are so pleased we went with them. In the planning process Sam and Tom gave us loads of sensible advice. Sam had sample materials and talked through the how the material worked. This enabled us to have the exact building we wanted. We asked for a bespoke ramp for our ride on mower and it wasn’t a problem. The planning process was easy, and it just worked – 10 out of 10 chaps 😊 When we got into the build phase Sam, Tom & Olly were super reliable, always turning up and working when they said they would. During the build we had a few dumb questions which were answered quickly and clearly. We also decided to make some tweaks to the building, all of these were accommodated and incorporated with no hassle. We would not hesitate to recommend the team to our family and friends. This a is a good company which is well run by people who know what they are doing and care about doing a good job. The new garden room has turned out to be a better investment than I anticipated. We are extremely happy with our garden room. Sam and Tom are very professional and easy to deal with. They helped us to decide on the best design for our needs and communication was very good throughout the whole project. The site of our room has a significant slope but they were able to use different length ground screws to overcome this, avoiding the need for difficult and costly excavation. We like the fact that the garden room is slightly raised and that it has decking steps for easy access. During the build they worked very hard and the room took shape very quickly. We are now enjoying using the room - it heats up quickly and the insulation is working well to keep it warm in the cold weather. I replaced my 2 Storage Heaters and Gledhill hot water boiler with the Amva/Rointe solution. The install took 6 hours. The 2 engineers were excellent. With the radiators you wouldn't know that they had been replaced. All my old systems were removed, and everything was left spotless. No operating instructions were left, although a basic programme was installed. It has taken a little while to get the operating and warranty information, but this has now been received.

Amva have fitted a new boiler and five radiators for me, I am so pleased my flat is now lovely and warm, I cannot thank Amva enough for the professional, efficient and care their engineers took carrying out this work, they really are the best.

Had an instant water heater fitted. Done competently and cleared up after so no complaints. Had an issue with water pressure from bath taps afterwards which had I known about before fitting would probably have changed taps. Something they need to explain when fitting. The water heater does exactly what they say it does.

Had a Night Storage Water Heater replaced with an Instantaneous Water Heater. Old Heater very bulky & filled the Cupboard, the new one small and 'inconspicuous' yet gives a good supply of readily hot water. Old Heater was on an Economy 7 Tarrif but by removing and securing a lower Tarrif rate Elect consumption and cost, has reduced. Excellent work removing and fitting new Heater by AMVA Personnel, highly recommend.

What fantastic customer service! I needed to order some door knobs for my kitchen but the ones I wanted only had one pic available (on all the websites I checked). I needed to see the side of the door knobs before I was sure what to order (I know, I know!). So I phoned Urfic direct and spoke to George who couldn't have been more helpful. With Liz's help he kindly sent me pics of the door knobs from the side angle. Door knobs now ordered :)
