Not a perfect match and as I couldn't prove it as had sent car in to be repainted professionally they refused to give me a refund. DON NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY IF ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED. Check the returns policy even the consumer act 2015 apparantly means nothing to them. I sent them back unopened as they told me to for a full rufend and then they refused to pay it, still no refund.

Paint has been lost by courier. No matter how many time I email them no one ever responds. Have asked for a full refund still no response. Going to use charge back on my credit card for this. Paint was ordered on 29th January, Evri said they tried to deliver it on 6th February, they didn't as someone in at all times. Courier has now lost paint and Paintnuts are still not responding. Terrible customer service.

I was having trouble getting a colour match for my blue Toyota. I tried eBay and Amazon but I could never get the correct colour match. Then i came across Peanuts touch up paints and I thought I would give them a try and I entered my reg number and they did the rest. And when it arrived it was a perfect colour match. It is more expensive than eBay etc, but you have peace of mind that it is a good colour match for your car so it's worth it. I fully recommend them, and I am very pleased with the touch up paint that I received, and I will order from them again in the future.

God service og hjælp fra sælger til at få designet de rette bondehusvinduer til huset. Blev leveret 3 uger før forventet. Savner mulighed for at kunne vælge anverfere og stormkroge i messing, så vi ikke skulle skifte disse efterfølgende.

Vi havde fornøjelsen af både at tale med Torben og Carsten. Vi har haft en super dialog med begge, hvor Torben har hjulpet i forbindelse med ny hoveddør, hvor opmåling og opfølgning i processen har været til perfektion. Resultatet er helt perfekt og bedre end vi havde håbet på. Vi havde en 100 år gammel hoveddør, som vi gerne ville have lavet 1:1. Det er lykkedes til UG. Tak for kanon hjælp og for at ramme udseendet på den originale dør så flot. Stor ros herfra.

Vi fik rigtig god hjælp og sparring ift elementerne. Der var en lille-bitte smule bøvl med at få startet installationen, men slet ikke nok til at tage toppen af stjernerne. Det var dygtige folk, som efterlod et flot stykke arbejde. Prisen var også fin. Vi ville klart bruge dem igen.

Søde og imødekommende mennesker, som yder en god service/vejledning. Kvaliteten af vinduerne er fremragende. Har lige købt dør+vinduer. De er af den samme gode standard, som andre vinduer jeg skiftede for 8 år siden og som stadig fremstår i rigtig god stand. Køb herfra kan klart anbefales.

I have used collister an d glover twice now for a sump pump as the first lasted 8 years! It runs on an almost constant basis so pretty good I think. The most recent one was ordered on a Saturday evening and arrived the following Tuesday, so good service. The pump is a Dab pump so a shout for them to. Will order the next one again no problem.

I’m so pleased with my garden room and the experience I’ve had from start to finish has been amazing. Robin Iles visited me before Xmas and I was so impressed with the product and service I signed up immediately but then had to put a hold on everything due to personal reasons, Robin was so helpful in getting everything sorted for me especially as it was so close to Xmas. I was really happy to be able to contact Robin again in the new year and be able to tell him I was able to go ahead. He came and did another visit and we made some changes to the original plan and he was able to bring my project back on track and finished within my pre Xmas timeline despite me messing around with dates. He has been a pleasure to deal with, he’s always replied quickly to any of my questions and has been a great help to me when dealing with my local planning department. I’ve also had great service from Kerrie the project manager she has kept me informed all the way through and he project and also been on hand to help out when an external company delivered items and left them in a awkward spot, she had the team call on their way home from another job to make sure everything was safe at my property before starting at mine the following day. I had team Jez from EWB install the garden room, Jez and Charlie were really friendly, such hard workers and so clean and tidy and the garden room has been finished perfection. I also want to praise the guys that delivered all the parts for the construction they were really polite and thorough and made sure everything was secure and protected before they left and they stayed really upbeat despite the access not being ideal. Overall I can say anything negative about any part of the process from design to finished product.

"Barnsjukdomar" i form havererad spjällmotor och slocknade PTC-element kunde lyckligtvis åtgärdas inom garantin som då var hela 10år. Garantierna är dock inte lika generösa idag. Men de nya modellerna, med roterande absorptionsblock enl den beprövade Munthers-principen, är förhoppningsvis pålitligare och håller längre. Avfuktning kan med fördel kombineras med ozon-behandling av hus och krypgrunder.

Amazing Lofts live up to their name. They came and fully boarded our loft, made our hatch bigger, made a new cover and moved our existing ladder for better access. They completed the job all in one day and left the house clean and tidy. I c=would highly recommend this company.

I ordered white membrane for my garden and was sent black. I was told white would be despatched but more black arrived. I rang and was told to return all 8 rolls of black and the same day I would receive white membrane. No white membrane! I have wasted £32.99, a lot of time and energy to be told they don’t stock white and I can keep the rolls that I have! I don’t have any!!!! I returned them!!! This company are a joke!!! I shall be contacting head office and Amazon as they have just wasted my precious time, energy and money. Now they are saying I could have a refund and keep the product for free!!! I was never given this option so they are lying! I am contacting Amazon and head office!

Great company with great products, would recommend service was incredible

First, the positives: - very quick shipping - excellent customer service - replaced broken items without hesitation - would definitely use again. However, the overall experience was marred by the fact that the items I bought (marble placemat sets) arrived damaged with chipped edges. Mathilde at Rinkit was very helpful and sent replacements out the same day, but some of those replacements also arrived damaged. Mathilde once again sent out some more replacements...that also arrived damaged. At this point I was offered a partial refund, which is acceptable but does leave me disappointingly short of the full set I originally ordered. So, overall, it's clear that Rinkit do care about providing good service, especially if things go wrong. But some improved quality control on shipped goods might be in order, where possible.

Highly recommend ordering direct from this company. Great items and outstanding customer service! I ordered 4 garden chairs that were delivered by DPD following day. They were flat packed, we checked contents same day, all seemed ok. When we made chairs up a few days later, one had moulding issue, meaning it was wonky (couldn't be adjusted). I emailed Rinkit that evening, and early next morning had a response apologising. Once provided photo, I received immediate reply advising a replacement had been sent out by DPD and would be with me within 2-3 days. It arrived even quicker. No need to take apart faulty chair and go through a lengthy return process/wait for collection return. The customer service was outstanding, the chairs are excellent and I would highly recommend. Would order direct from Rinkit in future! Impressive all round experience, from service to updates to price and quality of goods.

We ordered a garden setting through secondary seller and when arrived the table was slightly damaged so with no response from secondary seller I emailed Rinkit as the seller and received an immediate response with a replacement table being sent out immediately with apology. Don't deliver when they say they will. When they are late they just say "somebody should have sent you an email!". You ring up for tracking details, as they advise, and they give various DUBIOUS stories: "supplier was hacked", "it's here now, you'll get it tomorrow", etc. none of which is true. Don't reply to URGENT emails, left in the lurch, cost me thousands.
