Not completely satisfied with the work. Most contractors have a final walk around with me to make sure I am satisfied with the work and this was not done. I had concerns with the estimate of 20 bags of mulch to refresh an existing yard that already has mulch. I requested any leftover bags be left with me which was not done. I requested the largest flower bed have mulch stacked high for visibility which was not done.

Got my order quickly, everything works, thank you. The employees are polite, all questions are resolved online.

As a Defective Concrete Block homeowner who had just demolished our house. I was delighted when Kaine proposed a package that would test both the new Concrete Foundations & blocks for all deleterious materials, as we were worried that we could fall victim to same lack of standards in quarries in Ireland (once bitten twice as shy). After coring being completed (about a week after making the call), the cores (from the foundations and block stockpiles onsite) were readied for dispatch to the Lab. Kaine was true to form regarding the results timeframe and a timely msg to say all was clear just before Bison slabs were due to be fitted left us feeling such relief. One week later and a detailed Chartered Engineer & Geologist report was forwarded which scientifically confirmed that our house will be good for generations to come. A phonecall was then arranged to discuss the report incase anything was unclear and this concludes a great experience for us as customers of MicaExpress. I highly recommend Kaine no matter what your circumstances are re: testing for deleterious materials in concrete, A comprehensive & friendly service from start to finish. K

Very friendly showroom with lots of lovely bathroom displays. I was undertaking a full house refurb and Anja spent a lot of time working with me, helping to choose my bathrooms and sourcing alternative options to meet my overall budget. Once the project commenced, there were a few unforeseen issues and Anja was always available and liaised well with Plumb Factory’s recommended contractor (Ian Corbett, who I can also vouch for) and was proactive in finding solutions. We had to make some changes along the way but Anja was very patient and approachable throughout. I am so glad that I chose a local company with personal service and I am very pleased with both the design and quality of the end result.

Excellent Service. After an awful experience, with another supplier and my fitter, I called at the branch in Bolton in absolute despair, the Manager Simon and especially Sonia were very patient and kind. Sonia sat with me for a good hour or so whilst I explained the situation and what we required. They worked miracles to rescue a very difficult situation and called me frequently to update me on the progress. Delivered everything on time as promised, and it was a joy to open every box and find it was exactly what we'd asked for, very unlike the previous supplier (A three digit supplier in the Bolton area located near Volvo). We have recently had a number of windows replaced by Northumbeian Windows. The ordering process was easy - David and Lee turned up for appointments on time - and we were given all the information and sdvice to enable us to choose the style of windows that we wanted. We were kept informed of the expected fitting date. Lee and his team did a great job fitting the windows, were very respectful of the property and left the house spotless when they had finished. We did get quotes for the windows from one of the large national companies, but Northumbrian Windows blew them away with the quality of the windows offered and their excellent service. From start to finish our journey with Northumbrian Windows has been nothing but the best. David and his team have been consummate professionals throughout. David helped us choose the right windows for our home and then helped us navigate some planning issues in next to no time (which quite frankly would have taken me an age). Just had a new bathroom fitted by the Guys from C&J Plumbing &Heating Solutions Ltd and what a marvellous job they did, they carried out the work while we were on holiday so no disruption for us. We are more than pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

CandJ installed a new bathroom, boiler, utility room, and various other things as part of our flat refurb in the New Town. Cameron and Jack were really helpful and professional, and all the trades they used were friendly and polite. They did a great job and were good at solving any issues that arose in a renovation project. We were really pleased with the result, and they were reasonably priced—we would recommend them.

We had Andy & Mark install our new central heating boiler at our house, very tidy installation, dust sheets and come funky plastic stuff that rolled out over the carpets. The respect they showed whilst in our home was without a doubt amazing. Will be recommending to everyone.

We had MDAS Energy install a Grant heat pump to our new build holiday home in Cheshire, they carried out a full comprehensive home survey prior to installation and the install has been carried out to a decent standard. We have them coming back to carry out inspection for solar panels and 2 EV charging ports for us. Very satisfied with the service and friendly nature of Lee, Mark and Andrew.

HeatComp are a very professional company. They installed a large boiler in our church and did some pipe work. They kept to their timings and when there was an issue with a pump (a manufacturing problem) they were quick to resolve it. We also have requested them to install new heaters in the church as well. I would highly recommend them

My Worcester gas boiler developed a steady water leak , necessitating a switch off and hence no hot water or central heating. I immediately contacted my contracted Home Service provider but they were unable to provide an engineer for over 7 days !! Heatcomp had been recommended to me - I contacted them and they scheduled an Engineer to attend that same day. The Engineer attended, identified the problem, sourced the parts, and fixed in the one visit. Heatcomp and their staff were thoroughly efficient and customer focussed throughout, and I would strongly recommend.
