They replaced the insulation in my loft, put new internal insulation on the porch and cavity wall insulation for the walls. The guys turned up on time and did an excellent job. They were cheerful, polite and funny for the whole time, despite some of the jobs being quite hot and smelly and the some of the weather being quite cold and wet. They didn't do a planned job of underfloor insulation because they said what was there was fine - which was very honest of them and saved me a good lump of money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The insulation installers were x2 guys who were very polite and tidy. They were particularly sensitive with my elderly and frail mum, they arrived on time introduced themselves and got on with the work swiftly and did all they could to minimise any disruption and left everything tidy.

Fitted boiler with an external condensing pipe when there was an easier better option. When it froze and damaged the boiler they put in less than 2 years ago, said it was nothing to do with them. Customer service first denied working for me at all, then claimed they had used the existing condensate pipe ( they hadn’t, they installed it). The person I spoke to spoke over me, cut me off and was generally unprofessional. Would not recommend. Shame as my initial impression was a good one. I notice they only respond to positive reviews.

Although I gave a 5 star in 2021 now after trying to get a annual service by phone & email I have to give a 1 star,obviously they are keen to sell & fit unit but not so keen to service it,called on Monday line goes blank after the recorded message,then tried Tuesday spoke to some guy who said the reception was at the shops would call me back but never did,called back later was told the girl who does the booking was at a meeting but would get back to me,which never happened,don’t waste your time with this company….,

The team who came to fit our central heating and boiler were excellent, they were courteous and professional. All mess was cleared, and hoovered before they left. The team consisted of David, Ethan, Mark and Keiran. They took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to anyone.

I was on the hunt for insulation in my loft it was dusty and horrible I hated going up there. After the inspection from surveyor, i was provided with options to suit my budget and great cost saving ideas. My old insulation was removed new mineral wool on the floor and a thermal blanket on my rafters. absolutely made up I can now use my loft and all my stuff isn't dusty and noticed a difference straight away.

Lovely job done by these guys. Had the original inspection to get everything checked was very surprised by the thermal imaging it revealed problems I did not no about. Chose to go with the thermal blanket and already noticed a difference they also improved the ventilation in the loft space which I liked Chaps that came out where very good aswel clean polite and professional

Helios Electrical & Solar recently installed a solar system at my property, and the experience was outstanding. After extensive research, I appreciated that Helios focused on providing solid advice rather than a sales pitch. Their communication leading up to the installation was excellent, ensuring everything was well-coordinated with no surprises. The installation was completed over two days with exceptional workmanship, and they left the property clean and tidy. The entire process was professionally managed from start to finish.

So after our initial site survey we went ahead and had solar panels installed. Helios were very knowledgeable and professional. We upgraded to 11 panels with hybrid inverter and 5kwh battery. Due to possible shade issues I was advised that optimisers would be a good choice and was clearly explained the benefits of having them. It really wasn’t an easy install due to two chimney stacks a conservatory and awkward roof arrangement. Oh and an old roof with delicate tiles. However the work was done fantastically and many roof tiles replaced to ensure a leak free roof. All cables look amazing and everything tidied up. I’m so happy with the work carried out that I’m already planning to add more in the future.

When choosing a company for a loft conversion, we did the obvious thing and got a few companies to quote and discuss the job. We found CS lofts with a simple Google search as we wanted to see if there was a local company to offer another quote for comparison. They had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group. We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive and very comprehensive which we were very happy with. We managed to get a build slot earlier than anticipated and CS lofts were brilliant from the start to finish. We were very fortunate to have Benni and his team as our main guys doing the work and we honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly! Right from the start, before any work had started, Benni came to have a chat and a look around. From this point he was giving his ideas and insights which saved us both time and complications later. He managed to give ideas we’d never thought of, but wish we had! We immediately had a schedule and build plan from Benni, and we knew we were in good hands. Our project involved lowering the ceilings throughout the house, so it was a significant build, but it was completed on time and within budget. We were really impressed with both the quality and the speed of the build. The team at CS Lofts were great to work with—Tyler and Alex, the builders, were fantastic, and even our dog misses them! Richard and Luke managed the project efficiently and were always quick to respond whenever we had a query or needed expert advice on decisions. Even our decorator, who has worked with us for years, was impressed with the standard of the work. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a loft conversion.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers. They handle everything. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-off His first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual. His reccos for additional tiling,and decorating have also been good. There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

I would definitely recommend using CS Lofts if you’re considering a loft conversion.  The build was done so efficiently and quick and their advice throughout was invaluable. The whole team have been fantastic – especially as we had some unexpected personal challenges during the build.  We are just completing the decoration and can’t wait to move in.

We’ve had a really good experience with CS lofts. Our loft conversion was complex with the floor below needing to have ceilings lowered slightly first to then have two bedrooms and a bathroom added in the loft. The team worked at a consistently fast pace and to very good quality. Would use again in the future.

We had our coping stones replaced with limestone and replaced some mosaic tiles. Stacey had several stone samples sent to us and gave advice on which stone would be most suitable for our pool, he’s knowledge and expertise provided us with the perfect match. He also repaired our drain which had an air bubble for years and is now completely resolved. We are grateful to Hilden Pools for such an excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Really great job. Kept to quote. Very professional and didn’t let us down on timings. Complete refurbishment of a very old pool including new felt and liner, lift and repositioned all edging stones and more. Now looks like a brand new pool. Would highly recommend.

Stacey provided a fair price to supply and fit a new liner to our pool, and replace pipework and skimmer back to pump room. The pool decking (stone slabs) and coping stones were relaid really nicely and you would never know the area had been excavated for the pipework to have been replaced. The lining looks great and the work finished to a really nice standard. Stacey and his colleague were easy to have around and we barely even knew they were there. They turned up when they said they would, kept to the price quoted, and came back without hesitation to help when we had some issues with kit in the pump room after recommissioning the pool. Would recommend.

We researched several swimming pool renovation companies and found Hilden Swimming Pools to be fairly priced amongst the competitors and offered a wide range of choices when it came to selecting our new liner. Quality work and really efficient team. At the end of every day, we came home to a tidy back garden which was very much appreciated. I used Hilden Pools to renovate my pool last summer and found them brilliant. They took up all the old tiles and removed a lot of earth to create more space around the pool, all the pipe work was replaced, pump room moved, new sand filter installed, all new electrics etc. The pool was up and running on time and was warm all summer (air source heat pump) and didn’t leak at all. I would highly recommend Stacey Hilden for any pool installation or refurbishment.
