He installed MDF custom built-in wardrobes in 3 bedrooms, and alcove units and floating shelves in the living room of our Edwardian home to the highest standard, adding beading, skirting and details to blend in with the style of our property, consulting with us every step of the way to make sure it all suited our needs. We can't recommend Jeremy enough. He is very friendly and professional, and offered to come back if there were any tweaks needed to the work after living with them for a while. The website is better than it used to be, however the "PV Connections" banner at the top of each page takes up too much space and this is annoying as can't be minimised. Not sure how any pixels high it is, but can be easily halved, leaving more of the page for products, etc to be displayed.

We have recently had a number of windows replaced by Northumbeian Windows. The ordering process was easy - David and Lee turned up for appointments on time - and we were given all the information and sdvice to enable us to choose the style of windows that we wanted. We were kept informed of the expected fitting date. Lee and his team did a great job fitting the windows, were very respectful of the property and left the house spotless when they had finished. We did get quotes for the windows from one of the large national companies, but Northumbrian Windows blew them away with the quality of the windows offered and their excellent service. The price of the job was very competitive. We are very happy that we chose Northumbrian Windows and love the new windows. Thanks to David, Lee and all the team.

From start to finish our journey with Northumbrian Windows has been nothing but the best. David and his team have been consummate professionals throughout. David helped us choose the right windows for our home and then helped us navigate some planning issues in next to no time (which quite frankly would have taken me an age). As for the installation I can’t praise Lee and his team highly enough. They kept us informed of everything that was going on, always arrived on time and really knew the meaning of the word graft. What really impressed us though was their eye for detail and how everything needed to be just so (even down to the hoovering and tidying up at the end of the day), they even respected our property as if it was their own. Brilliant installation from start to finish. David and Lee have been exceptional . The crew are brilliant together and very respectful of the property. They replaced the insulation in my loft, put new internal insulation on the porch and cavity wall insulation for the walls. The guys turned up on time and did an excellent job. They were cheerful, polite and funny for the whole time, despite some of the jobs being quite hot and smelly and the some of the weather being quite cold and wet. They didn't do a planned job of underfloor insulation because they said what was there was fine - which was very honest of them and saved me a good lump of money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The insulation installers were x2 guys who were very polite and tidy. They were particularly sensitive with my elderly and frail mum, they arrived on time introduced themselves and got on with the work swiftly and did all they could to minimise any disruption and left everything tidy.

Fitted boiler with an external condensing pipe when there was an easier better option. When it froze and damaged the boiler they put in less than 2 years ago, said it was nothing to do with them. Customer service first denied working for me at all, then claimed they had used the existing condensate pipe ( they hadn’t, they installed it). The person I spoke to spoke over me, cut me off and was generally unprofessional. Would not recommend. Shame as my initial impression was a good one. I notice they only respond to positive reviews.

Although I gave a 5 star in 2021 now after trying to get a annual service by phone & email I have to give a 1 star,obviously they are keen to sell & fit unit but not so keen to service it,called on Monday line goes blank after the recorded message,then tried Tuesday spoke to some guy who said the reception was at the shops would call me back but never did,called back later was told the girl who does the booking was at a meeting but would get back to me,which never happened,don’t waste your time with this company….,

The team who came to fit our central heating and boiler were excellent, they were courteous and professional. All mess was cleared, and hoovered before they left. The team consisted of David, Ethan, Mark and Keiran. They took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to anyone.

Elesar were fantastic. I needed a roofer to help fix a leak that was causing damage inside my house. They organised everything including sending their roofer to do the repair. They then cleaned up all the water damage inside. They are super friendly and I would really recommend!

The people I've dealt with are helpful and very professional. They always get back to my emails, in a decent window. Any issue and it's dealt with there and then. They offer pre-ordering of certain things which is epic. Everything ive received has been boxed (appropriate size) in brand new, unbranded, sturdy, plain cardboard boxes and have been packaged properly... good use of space so theres little movement with just a good amount of filler material. I cannot commend enough whomever packed my stuff, some decent thought went into that. Plus I've appreciated the wee good quality trinkets thrown in from time to time in larger orders (they are useable and I do daily). The only time their price was beaten for me was when amazon had a promotion with a significant discount at xmas, and it was really only 3 things out of a 20 or so line order. Apart from that one time... if someone was a few quid less I'd still go to LGS because I know the service I'm going to get and thats worth it.

The gave HUGE unfair fees for returns. Thi is against consumer protection law and I will go further with court case I xan easily win ( that's what my loyer will do to them)

Communication was fantastic. They called when they were nearby and they were on time. They cleared rubbish from my garden, but still did it ina very organised and careful way. They would check permission before doing something. They were so jovial and approached any problems in a positive way. They made sure they left the spot where the rubbish was spotless by sweeping up the smaller bits. Oh and the quote they gave was very reasonable compared to quotes from companies of a similar calibre to them.
