We had our coping stones replaced with limestone and replaced some mosaic tiles. Stacey had several stone samples sent to us and gave advice on which stone would be most suitable for our pool, he’s knowledge and expertise provided us with the perfect match. He also repaired our drain which had an air bubble for years and is now completely resolved. We are grateful to Hilden Pools for such an excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Stacey provided a fair price to supply and fit a new liner to our pool, and replace pipework and skimmer back to pump room. The pool decking (stone slabs) and coping stones were relaid really nicely and you would never know the area had been excavated for the pipework to have been replaced. The lining looks great and the work finished to a really nice standard. Stacey and his colleague were easy to have around and we barely even knew they were there. They turned up when they said they would, kept to the price quoted, and came back without hesitation to help when we had some issues with kit in the pump room after recommissioning the pool. Would recommend.

I used Hilden Pools to renovate my pool last summer and found them brilliant. They took up all the old tiles and removed a lot of earth to create more space around the pool, all the pipe work was replaced, pump room moved, new sand filter installed, all new electrics etc. The pool was up and running on time and was warm all summer (air source heat pump) and didn’t leak at all. We spent 2 years researching builders in the Bitterroot Valley. We reviewed websites, online reviews, and if possible, tried to go to open houses of previous homes they had built. We had it narrowed down to 2-3 builders and what sealed it for us was the level of detail and pictures that Big Sky Builders had on their website. The level of detail and watching the projects go from an empty lot or field to the finished home were amazing. We reviewed almost all the projects on their website, and they were very consistent in how projects were developed and completed. We had a positive experience with every step of our project with Caleb, Casey, and Julie. Casey was very patient and educated us on various choices of building materials and design. Big Sky Builders uses a very comprehensive and detailed online program to help the homeowner keep track of the progress of their construction timeline. We have built a couple of other homes, and our experience wasn’t even close to what we had with Caleb and Casey. All projects will have some level of issues, but Casey and Caleb did a great job of helping us navigate those. Our project was done on time, high quality, and within our budget, these are all things that usually are unheard of in the home construction process. We would highly recommend Casey and Caleb to build your home.

Big Sky Builders of Victor Montana is extraordinary. After our very first meeting with them we knew this was the builder we wanted to build for us. We learned so much about them in our very first meeting, 2nd generation builders, quality homes that have won awards, and very honest, especially about what they can provide with the budget you bring them. The most impressive thing to us was their ability to provide a build schedule and to keep to it. When we approved the plans, they provided a schedule and they delivered. When our build started, they told us our move in date would be 3/9/2023 and on that date it was ours to start moving in! They have an app that allows you to have all the information available to you, schedule, selections of material and finishes and the ability to communicate directly with them regarding any one of those topics so there is no confusion about what faucet goes on what sink or the flooring for each room. We provided them a floor plan that we liked, and they were able to make changes to customize the space to be uniquely ours. They also have floor plans that they can provide if you need. They scheduled all our appointments with the product vendors, so we had someone there to guide us in our selections of lighting, flooring, cabinets and countertops. We appreciated that because we are not designers! They are up to date on current building standards, and they make sure that no corners are cut. The project manager visited the site regularly and would make sure things were to the Big Sky standard and if there were issues, they were quick to have them corrected. The Big Sky team is very responsive when you have questions, and they are proactive when there is a need to advise you of a change to the schedule or a delay in materials. We never felt as though we weren’t sure what was next, we could always send a message or check the schedule and get the answers we needed. We are so grateful for the honest and caring way that they built our home. We have been moved in now for about 3 months and every single day we appreciate the work that they put in, especially through this winter build. The Big Sky team took care to make sure this dream home of ours was everything that we wanted, and by doing that, they took great care of us!

They replaced the insulation in my loft, put new internal insulation on the porch and cavity wall insulation for the walls. The guys turned up on time and did an excellent job. They were cheerful, polite and funny for the whole time, despite some of the jobs being quite hot and smelly and the some of the weather being quite cold and wet. They didn't do a planned job of underfloor insulation because they said what was there was fine - which was very honest of them and saved me a good lump of money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The insulation installers were x2 guys who were very polite and tidy. They were particularly sensitive with my elderly and frail mum, they arrived on time introduced themselves and got on with the work swiftly and did all they could to minimise any disruption and left everything tidy.

Fitted boiler with an external condensing pipe when there was an easier better option. When it froze and damaged the boiler they put in less than 2 years ago, said it was nothing to do with them. Customer service first denied working for me at all, then claimed they had used the existing condensate pipe ( they hadn’t, they installed it). The person I spoke to spoke over me, cut me off and was generally unprofessional. Would not recommend. Shame as my initial impression was a good one. I notice they only respond to positive reviews.

Although I gave a 5 star in 2021 now after trying to get a annual service by phone & email I have to give a 1 star,obviously they are keen to sell & fit unit but not so keen to service it,called on Monday line goes blank after the recorded message,then tried Tuesday spoke to some guy who said the reception was at the shops would call me back but never did,called back later was told the girl who does the booking was at a meeting but would get back to me,which never happened,don’t waste your time with this company….,
