Paul Cunliffe is very easy to talk with and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in his abilities. Good design, efficient and reasonably priced made 27 Projects the perfect choice and one that I would have no problem using again.

From our first meeting, Paul has been prompt, informative and tentative to our wishes for our extension. This was a marked change from the other architects we got round before deciding to go with Paul. We started the process with a very low knowledge base and he has spent qualitiy time educating us, laying out the steps involved and completing the planning application process on our behalf. He has offered advice to our problems and has paid particular attention finding solutions to our acoustic issues. Hopefully we'll get our planning approval soon and can move onto the detailled design and build stages. With the confidence we have in Paul, I'm certain neither stage will be any issue. Got artificial grass installed on my balcony by Artificial Grass Solutions, and it looks amazing! Prayer and the team were super friendly and did such a neat job. The space feels so much better now – like a little green hangout spot. Highly recommend them!

Pivot Incubator at Pivot Park, a go to location for early-stage biopharmaceutical startups with turnkey facilities, needed laboratory equipment. Here is where QuestPair comes in. Questpair was able to quickly locate lab equipment at various international suppliers which they bundle at their platform. This made the whole equipment purchasing process far less labor intensive for us. Even more as we did not have to take care of several negotiations with suppliers. QuestPair was able to overperform by providing better equipment if the requested item was not available. A better alternative was supplied without additional costs, so that the set deadline could be met. All in all, we are very happy with the delivered equipment which will provide an excellent basis for the companies that will shortly start at Pivot Park Incubator.

Mick and his college Piotr came this morning to carry out electrical work, Mick is always efficient, helpful and reliable as we regularly request him via DMA, they both carried the work out very efficiently, dealing with some awkward issues. Also Patrick attended to help with a water pump and is also very efficient, helpful and reliable, in resent times he has got us out of some real issues regarding emergency plumbing. Overall it’s a real relief to know we have DMA a phone call away with any issues we may have.

Firstly the company provided all the necessary skills to deliver the results we were looking for. They kept us fully informed about their progress and continually came up with ideas to improve results and save money. Strong and accessible leadership.

We don't use DMA as much as we would like but what we do get is, they do exactly what it says on the tin, good comms and management support

Service was good and sent out the day after I approved the drawings! I was advised an afternoon delivery but arrived at 9.30pm which was a bit surprising. Instructions were written for the canopy I bought and picture instructions which shared some components for another variant of the product which was a bit confusing but at least have you some idea how it went together. Got it built in a day but couldn’t get the polycarbonate panels in with the hard gasket supplied so just used the soft gasket but it looks good now it’s up, Torkild was very helpful in the sales process and post sales follow up.

John fitted some heavy duty bookshelves with hinged doors in our offices. The room wasn't anywhere near square but John professionally scribed everything perfectly into place. I have the grande which does all our heating and hot water . Fabulous cooker and incredibly economical. I have to keep checking the oil indicator as can’t believe how efficient this machine is compared to an Aga and Stanley both of which I’d had in the past . There is nothing on the market to compete with the Heritage Grande range, not remotely!  I'm so very happy we bought one - I could have ended up with a Rayburn - I was looking at reviews and someone had written on one of those Rayburn forums that everyone should forget Rayburns and get a wonderful Heritage Range, made in Cornwall.  He listed some of the advantages and I was almost sold on the spot.  I showed my wife the website and she said "we'll have to go and see one", which we soon did!  The owner (and designer of the range) demonstrated one and we were both absolutely amazed how fabulous they are, their speed and quiet operation.  We originally were going for the smaller one, but soon realised the Grande was what we needed, and now, after three years, we are so in love with it we wouldn't dream of having anything else!  It's a real beauty in every way! We have plentiful hot water, it runs all the radiators and a towel rail upstairs, and all the underfloor heating downstairs (beneath flagstone floors throughout the ground floor), and of course cooks magnificently, in four ovens exactly like the largest Aga - except it looks much better (no bolted on part but one single cast-iron front), and it is completely controllable so doesn't need to remain hot for cooking all year long.  It heats up quickly for cooking and can be turned on manually or programmed to come on at mealtimes.  It saves space as we need no ugly central heating boiler, and it looks incredibly beautiful in the kitchen - the envy of all our visitors, especially on cold winter days when there is nothing like a cosy range.  A Heritage range is definitely a great choice - much less expensive than buying a cooking range (like an Aga) plus a separate central heating boiler, as well as being more efficent, longer-lasting, more beautiful, and space-saving.

Excellent communication and service and an outstanding product. Nothing was too much trouble, knowledgeable and friendly. The heritage is so economical because of its ability to isolate heating, water and cooking. We have saved so much money. We put radiators in with it and they are so efficient. The cooker is fantastic, cooks everything so well; Yorkshire puddings are absolutely perfect as are cakes, biscuits, pizza and roast meat. The thermoset is accurate and gets to heat really quickly. We replaced a Rayburn and the money was so well spent and it looks absolutely beautiful in our Croft house and contrary to what we were told by another engineer ( not part of the Heritage team) it’s so quiet.

I love my Heritage! I’ve had an electric compact for about 6 years now and couldn’t be without it. It cooks and bakes superbly, my husband loves the cakes that get made. It’s very quick to heat up, if you put the grill on, within 30 minutes it’s roasting in the top oven and so I can use it either as and on/off cooker or an always on cooker more like the old Aga’s to give some heat to the room. Also 10 minutes to boil on the hot plate means my husband is happy doing his own porridge in the morning 😆 Can’t recommend Heritage highly enough, if your thinking of buying one, you won’t be disappointed.

Really amazing product. In 2017 we were looking for a decent range cooker looking as traditional as an Aga but able to do more than just cook as the Aga does, so able to heat the home and provide hot water. The Heritage is a brilliant bit of engineering - again unlike the Aga you can turn the cooker off, then oon demand to roasting in around 20 mins. It is therefore very fuel efficient. We bought a powerful 100,000 BTU Standard Duette in duck egg blue. There are two huge ovens, one for roasting and one for warming (or lambs), and two massive hob rings. The cooking is wonderful - slow roasts brilliant as the cast iron oven retains the heat and moisture and the food is so flavoursome. Lashing of hot water and central heating all on great timer systems - so all three heating options and seperate and flexible. This is just British (Cornish) engineering at it's best, but also aesthetically is a beautiful icon for a kitchen. Compared to an Aga or such, this is a very undersung company and product that really should be in far more welcoming homes.

Marek and his team are absolutely fantastic. We had a large job which included fixing a leaking roof, some of the walls had damp and the paint was peeling off, the kitchen needed to be made larger, toilet to be refurbished and a new utility room installed. The roof was fixed. The walls with damp were hacked to the brick and the moisture absorbed, re-plastered and painted. A new utility room was installed. Kitchen was made larger, new appliances added and toilet looks great. All in all the finished product was excellent and the regular communication along the way really helped us know how things were progressing. I couldn’t recommend this team anymore. We had our place renovated via Marek and the team roughly 2 years ago, not only they did a fantastic job they are also amazing when it comes to quick follow ups that arise from time to time The other day we had a minor issue with one of the PVC doors and Marek figured it out in a day after texting him the issue and pictures.
