I Iove the taste of the vanilla collagen protein powder!

Ordered the Greens which has a good taste (no after taste). One scoop with 8oz of water and ice. I feel healthy afterwards as I’m not a big on eating my greens. I also ordered the Keto Collagen Vanilla which is another good product. I use in my coffee and/ or smoothies. It melts very quickly and surprisingly no clumps like other products. And finally, the Vitamin C taste is delicious and looks like little orange slices. A lot of people are using Apple Cider Vinegar for it’s many benefits. I can’t stomach the liquid taste, so i ordered the ACV gummies. Much better! All in all, I’m very satisfied with the products I ordered.

I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. I refrained from leaving a negative review immediately, as I wanted to wait for the final results before sharing my experience. However, after undergoing a hair transplant at this clinic in October 2023—nearly 16 months ago—the results have been deeply disappointing. Here are some major red flags that I either failed to notice before booking my appointment or realized too late. And if you're wondering, yes, it is highly likely that many of the positive reviews here are fake. Red Flags: Poor Communication & Staff Turnover After scheduling my appointment, I followed up a month later only to find that the person I had been in contact with had disappeared. Another staff member then took over my case. While this might seem normal, it made sense in hindsight considering the other issues I encountered. Lack of Transparency About the Surgeon I specifically asked for the name of the professional who would perform my procedure, and they provided one. However, upon arriving in Turkey, I realized that their internal communication was lacking. I had to remind them of our prior agreement to ensure I was assigned the same person. Last-Minute Schedule Changes My hair transplant was planned as a two-day procedure: the first day for the crown area and the second day for the front. Initially scheduled for the morning of the second day, my procedure was abruptly rescheduled to 7 PM the night before. This unexpected change was highly unprofessional. Premature Review Requests Just a few days after the procedure, they reached out, asking me to leave a review, emphasizing its importance. This raised concerns, as they had repeatedly told me that I would need to wait a year to see results. If their success rate were high, why would they ask for reviews so soon? Freelance-Based Operation Almost every time I contacted the clinic, I was met with a different staff member. This indicates that they rely heavily on freelancers rather than having a stable, dedicated medical team. I regret not recognizing this as a major red flag when I first noticed personnel changes. The Results: Overharvesting of Donor Area The sides of my head were unnecessarily overharvested, and even after 1.5 years, they have not recovered. This left me with low density and bald spots, despite having plenty of hair at the back of my head that could have been used instead. Low Hair Regrowth Rate By my estimation, more than half of the transplanted hairs did not regrow. Given the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been willing to pay more for better results, but unfortunately, it’s too late now. Uneven & Patchy Growth The transplanted area is visibly patchy, with one side noticeably denser than the other. I expect the clinic to blame post-procedure care, but I fail to see how I could have cared for one half of my head differently from the other. Do not waste your money or, more importantly, your precious donor area hair at this clinic. I cannot stress enough the importance of doing thorough research and finding professionals with a proven track record of good results. The positive reviews here are most likely bought—do not trust them blindly.

I chose HairNeva because of the results I’ve seen and after lots of research they were the ones I ended up deciding on. What an experience. Highs and lows but at the end of it, it was a home run. Hard to really prepare mentally so I would recommend booking and enjoying the journey. There main focus is to give you the best results. Comfort is secondary but learned many reasons for that. The staff were awesome and I highly recommend HairNeva!

I did my hair transplant here about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole procedure was explained perfectly with staff who were readily available and time of the day before, during and after the procedure via WhatsApp, the phone or at the clinic. I have now grown a man bun which I’ve always wanted to do. The staff were all very friendly. The procedure was on the whole painless though the anaesthetic was pretty bad though it only lasted about 5 mins max before the head was numb. I couldn’t be happier with the results now! The only improvement I’d make would be that the staff doing the transplant spoke better English. Thanks again HairNeva for my hair transformation. I am in my late 50s and started Yoga intermittently only post Covid. and in February 2024 committed to a year long online programme with Naveen Sharma. I has followed his YouTube videos and very much liked his approach. The group classes were a big step up- there is attention, there is innovation and options for every level. He is gentle, no aggression of any kind. This is most motivating particularly for a beginner. I have now signed up for Year 2 and am confident that I will remain consistent with his innovative ways of bringing one onto the mat day after day. I was someone who was unable to do a single Suryanamaskar correctly when I started, there is many more I can do and am sure that the World Yoga day in 2025 will be a landmark of sorts for me. I recommend his classes to anyone who would like a consistent Yoga practice.

I’ve taken a few yoga classes in the past, but Naveen Sir’s classes are on another level. His teaching style, clear explanations, and the way he offers scale-up and scale-down options are excellent. With his guidance, I’ve learned the right breathing patterns and when to inhale and exhale. It’s easy to forget your breathing during exercises, but Naveen Sir keeps me on track. I also appreciate how affordable his classes are, making fitness accessible to more people. The exercises in each class are different and not repetitive, and I haven’t seen many of them on social media. I really love his vinyasa style. The messages the night before about the exercises motivate me to show up for class, as I’ve often lost motivation in the past. Big thanks to Naveen Sir for his amazing teaching. Lots of gratitude!

I have started with Naveen Sir's recorded sessions some around 2 years back & that was totally a game changer for me. . Though I was not a complete beginner practitioner then, but sir's teaching gave crystal clear clarity on lot of things. I’ve been attending Naveen Sharma’s/ashmayu yoga online classes for the past three months. It’s hands down one of the best online yoga classes I’ve experienced so far. The classes are well structured with a variety of formats, variations for beginner-intermediate practice, and different asanas every class, ensuring it doesn’t get monotonous. I’m always left with a unique mix of energy and calmness at the end of each session.

I found Naveen on Youtube and after doing his 30 Day Challenge I signed up for one month of his Zoom yoga classes in November. It is now early February and I can easily say that it was the best decision I made - not only are there different daily themes for the week but Naveen is a great teacher who is able to show the asanas, sequences and breathing exercises clearly while also offering many different variations depending on your level of practice. I have grown stronger, more flexible, calmer and I'm easily able to do multiple rounds of Surya Namaskars. I have virtually no pain or stiffness and I believe that everyone needs to sign up for his classes and make this a part of their daily routine.

I started following Naveen sir's yoga from Cult. Post that when I joined his live classes the details he provides during his class is so minute. In all poses he gives clear instructions and detailing about its benefits. His guidance is quite good. His knowledge is very deep in yoga. For queries he always responds and make sure all level of students are comfortable in the session.

I was operated 6 months ago at Big Hair Clinic. The results have now started to show. They are even better than I expected. I had been a little skepitcal even until recently but the hair looks thick and most importantly natural. I had 2800 grafts transplanted on my hairline and mid-scalp. The surgery was painless after the initial numbing injections and recovery was quick. It only took a few weeks of rest before I could return to exercise. Les deux opérations ont eu lieu le même jour. Il a fallu 7 heures au total. On m'a implanté 2950 greffons pour densifier ma ligne de cheveux et la zone du vertex et 1800 greffons sur ma barbe. Le chirurgien était présent du début à la fin de l'intervention. Il a pratiqué les incisions, ce qui est la partie la plus importante. La repousse est en cours car je suis à 8 mois de l'opération. As I have only been using the supplements for a month, it is difficult to assess the full benefits but I have reduced my nightly loo visits to generally one. I’m not sure if the supplements are the only thing that’s helping, because I’ve also started doing some exercises for my pelvic floor muscles and cupping my tailbone. Maybe it’s a combination of things that’s working? Either way, it’s the first time in years that I’ve found a solution that works for me, so I’m going to keep doing it. The only thing I’m still looking for is something non-medical that might help shrink my prostate gland. I also wanted to say that I’ve had a good experience with the company so far. They seem to be very supportive and helpful.

I was frustrated with conflicting advice over the years about what I should take / not take / what quantities of xyz supplement etc to actually get results. Some topical ones even irritated my scalp. The founders of hair loss shop I learned have decades of experience in hair loss solutions. They gave me a series of tablets and topical solution that were right for me and for the first time I feel like it’s actually working and I’m four months in. I need at least a year to really see the change but it’s looking positive! Other than that the delivery was fast and Instructions really simple. Highly recommend.

I love these toothbrushes. Not only are they *not* plastic but they clean my teeth as well as, if not better than, the fancy, overpriced, overmarketed plastic toothbrushes. I have been going to Erion for the past two years to help with my back and tight muscles. I can't recommend his deep tissue massages enough, they are second to none. I have tried lots of therapists and always find myself coming back to Erion. His knowledge, discipline and strength makes him identify all the triggering faults and gets working on those areas. Erions hands and strength is what makes his massages so effective, but he is good at reading his clients and knows how to match the pressure to how you're feeling during the session. worth paying him a visit.

I am so pleased to have discovered Erion. Extremely good sports rehabilitation massage after a long week of intense tennis had locked up my back. Honestly, one of the best and most thorough massages I have ever had. I have seem countless osteopaths and chiropractors who were never able to pinpoint the pains like Erion could. Erion uses a very deep trigger point technique. It can be quite painful, so its not for everyone, but I've found it very effective - and have been back for more! I've found it very helpful while I'm training hire for a cycling event

I have used many sports massage therapists over the years and Erion is the best. I do a lot of running and cycling so my legs are usually pretty smashed and Erion always works his magic on them. He can be firm but is very knowledgeable so you will be safe hands. He is also very good at mobility work and can advise on stretches/exercises.
