I ordered my wig almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't even received a tracking number. shipping said 3-7 days and it's been way over that amount of time. Im getting scared because this was my first time ordering from this company. I finally got a tracking number today and when i clicked on it to track the package it says it got delivered a week ago to a totally different address than mines that i put in for the order. I really hope i didn't get scammed. I'll leave another comment if the wig arrives.

I really love the wig. It’s so straight, soft and pretty. The lace also has a really good quality and I’m literally in love with this wig. I have a big head so the cap is a tiny bit too small for me but everything else is perfect. The service is so kind and they made sure I got my package.😍

Man gibt dem Kunden nicht einmal die Möglichkeit zur Zahlungserinnerung sondert droht gleich mit Inkassobüro. Prüfung läuft über eine Strafanzeige. Nach noch nicht einmal 3 Wochen wird mit Inkasso gedroht. Für mich kein seriöses Unternehmen

After seeing this product advertised on TV ( I am not usually a sucker for this kind of endorsements) but I do believe in natural products as possible. The bee venom sounded an interesting concept to me. I know from previous research that if the skin is mildly irritated then the body works harder to repair it. I ordered at nearly £100 (add delivery) a tub the Bee Venom Mask 60ml. Firstly it is a nice cream feels on par with Charlotte Tilbury or even a much lower end of the market cream. I did not feel any tingly! I was expecting to as that is what I thought the whole purpose was. I emailed to ask what the Venom Bee sting ingredient was in the cream. The answer came back as ABEETOXIN. Although I see the advertising Abeetoxin on the tub it is nowhere on the list of ingredients. I wrote to them again to ask why this is as the list of ingredients should be listed in descending order of predominance - the ingredients present at the highest percentage is listed first. The Abeetoxin is not even in the ingredient list. It did take 5 days for the first reply so I advised I would give them sometime to respond before I wrote my review.It has now been 12 days and no reply to my simple question. I have been using the product over 3 weeks now daily morning and night but cannot say I have seen any difference. There are lots of good reviews and it seems to work for others which is good, however for me due to lack of evidence, lack of communication from the company, and the price - I will not be buying any more products from Heaven by Deborah Mitchell.

I can honestly say that my skin has greatly improved, is clearer and brighter and heaven skincare are the best products I’ve ever used. I no longer get spots on my nose, my pores have almost disappeared and my fine lines and wrinkles have greatly improved. I bought a trial travel miniature set initially and a bible set which I loved before deciding whether to purchase larger sizes. I have also tried the collagen drops for over a month that taste delicious and they have improved my brittle nails! The products are a little pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality and longevity as a little goes a very long way. I’ve received several small tester pots in my orders and they’ve all been lovely. I finally feel happy with my skincare routine and it’s taken me 35 years to find a solution!

Lovely cream which one can use as a mask or as a face cream. I’m doing both. I can feel a difference in my skin already the lines are disappearing around my lips. The packaging is super as well and one can tell a lot of thought ha gone into it. I also purchased little sample bottles of cleanser and eye balm etc all beautifully packaged in a black glossy makeup bag which looks great in my bathroom. I recommend this product

I heard about the products from a tv appearance which sounded quite impressive! I have bought a few of the products which as yet have not tried so I can't give any feedback. However, the feedback I can give is that although the packaging is quite impressive I'm wondering if this is really necessary as it must put a heavy amount onto the final price? I would much rather pay just for the product without it coming in beautiful packaging which at the end of the day goes in the bin also, not very environmentally friendly!

First purchase 10% discount although you aren’t informed the discount doesn’t apply to all products, I have informed them which was very difficult , but the contact phone number is on PayPal ,so perhaps changes will be made to their web site. Then I couldn’t re log into the site and the reset password emails weren’t arriving , I couldn’t even open another account as they recognised I had an account. With my email but my stored iPad password has never failed on a site perhaps this is the problem but I don’t think so. I also couldn’t close the first account I opened there was no search for that but I probably couldn’t close an account I couldn’t verify, I did try using the chat option to rectify this but after 5 attempts for varying amounts of time on hold of 30 minutes or more I gave up

I requested a cancellation so I could re-order to the correct delivery address. Seller deliberately refused cancellation and shipped anyway. There is no chance this was accidental, as I made an immediate cancellation request at the weekend, and the seller decided to ignore his and ship on Monday. A request to cancel & re-order with an alternative delivery address is a reasonable one, and the decision to refuse this and ship anyway to the wrong address is nothing but poor customer service. How to improve? Be more responsive to customer requests especially when they are entirely reasonable!

Den har hjulpet med mit forkølelsessår og generelt er min hud blevet meget bedre efter brug af dette naturlige produkt. Jeg er derfor meget kede af at høre at bivokscremen nu er udgået, grundet den hjælpende effekt på folks diverse hud problemer. Lægemiddelstyrelsen mener nu grundet den hjælpe effekt cremen hr haft på folk, at det er et lægemiddel, og det har skovnymfen ikke lov til at sælge. Jeg ligger i øjeblikket syg, og har drukket kogende vand med citroner og honning, til at hjælpe på min hoste, hvilket jeg også anser som et lægemiddel, så det er nok kun et spørgsmål om tid før det kræver et recept for at få fingerende i den slags. Be wary of this company. I am a lab tech for a CBD processor in Colorado and I can tell you that you can't have 5000mg of CBD in a 30ml bottle without coagulation. If it is CBD isolate you will get crystallization. We have seen numerous companies selling products that do not have the amount of CBD that they say they do in the product. Los productos son buenos pero el envío es un desastre. Tardan mucho y el transportista en vez de entregar a domicilio, como se ha elegido durante la compra, lo deja en un punto de recogida con la disculpa de que el buzón es pequeño (por qué no llama y lo entrega en mano?) o que la dirección no está clara (cuando es la misma a la que está entregando otros paquetes). Luego resulta que no lo había dejado tampoco en el punto de recogida y Huygens no responde. Un pedido cobrado que no se entrega y que dicen que está en un estanco que no está, pasan días enviando varios mails a Huygens y sin respuesta. Había hecho pedidos antes pero este será el último. Tendré que reclamar ante Paypal y no me compensan estos líos.

The person who contacted me was never pushy and offered subjection when I asked. The delivery of the product came fairly on time. But any delay was weather related. I started my journey to weight loss a while ago and gave gone from 222 (ugh) to now 130. In two and half years .

Romarin et Cardamome m'a déçue par rapport à Romarin et embruns. Il tient moins bien sûr ma peau et n'a pas la note marine que je recherche. Dommage.

Cela fait un moment maintenant que je commande chez "essence des notes" étant fan de pamplemousse mon préféré est le pamplemousse Basilic... frais, discret et il tient super bien toute la journée. Essence des notes est une entreprise très sérieuse, la commande et la livraison sont rapides, les colis impeccables..j'adore et je recommande vivement. Seul petit regret : qu'il n'y ait pas d'échantillons du parfum que l'on commande offert en petites bouteilles (seulement des échantillons sur papier glacé) et pas de réductions non plus au bout d'un certains nombres de commandes pour les fidèles clients..mais j'adore qd meme et je continue d'en acheter ! ;-)

J'avoue que je me suis faite avoir... J'ai vu une pub avec les échantillons pour tester leurs parfums et comme certains me plaisaient, j'ai essayé. Et, là, la déception commence à la réception du colis... Déjà ne comptez pas offrir ça en paquet cadeau sauf si vous en faites un vous-même ! On est à 1000 lieux de la présentation sur leur pub, ce sont juste des échantillons comme ceux qu'on a parfois gratuits en parfumerie, basiques dans un carton à trous ! Pas de jolis petits tubes bien présentés... Oubliez ! Ensuite, 1er essai, je choisis un parfum au hasard et... c'est quoi ce délir ? Je sens un parfum bas de gamme qu'on croirait sorti tout droit de chez action ou d'un autre discount, et ma foi, il ne tient pas mieux que le leur. 30 minutes grand max et on ne sent plus rien ! Le 2e, idem. Le 3e idem... Tous, ils sont tous de type bas de gamme et pas un ne tient. Et ils ont osé me vendre ça 15€ ! Le plus délirant est qu'ils ne vont pas arrêter de m'envoyer des relances par mail pour que j'achète un autre parfum avec un bon de réduction... Mais ca ne s'arrête pas là. Quand j'ai réussi à avoir leur composition, j'ai constaté avec horreur qu'ils contiennent des perturbateurs endocriniens. Quelle différence avec leur pub, leur atmosphère très nature. Vous voulez du vrai nature ? Il y a bien mieux ailleurs.

I ordered products from this place back in December 2020. I have yet to receive them. I’ve emailed them and have yet to receive a reply. I’ve called them several times at different times of the day. Always get an answering machine have left messages and they refuse to call back. They sure the heck are quick to take your money though.

The Total Living Drink Greens is the best green powder drink I've tried. I take it almost every day and have been for years. It has the most nutrition, grams per serving, then anything I've seen out there and it tastes awesome for what it is. They use juice extracts for the green superfoods so it tastes surprisingly good. I feel more energy, never get sick, and use as a meal replacement for breakfast and sometimes lunch. I would highly recommend this product.

Wow , I can not say enough about how great the Kylea Total living green drink is . I feel the best I have felt in years. My hair is shiny and thick, my skin is clear and glowing and ,my energy level is at an all time high . Who knew a small scoop of powder mixed with water would make such a big difference ?I am hooked on the Green drink now and look forward to trying the new and improved Berry flavor soon . Iv'e been taking the Total Living drink for about 3 months now and it immediately after a few days gave me a ton of energy and i feel amazing. The amount of nutrients you get is off the charts and would cost 10X more if you bought them all in the grocery store. I didnt take it for a few day while traveling and i DEFINITELY noticed that my body was missing it, never agian ;)
