Greener Energy - excellent service

Greener Energy supplied and installed my Air Source Heat Pump about 3 years ago. Recently the system developed a fault with the hot water flow. I notified Greener Energy Group and they told me that it would be fitted under guarantee. The engineer, Dougie, came at the appointed time and diagnosed the fault. He then had to go and get parts to fix the system. He came back and very quickly sorted the part that was causing the problem. I now have lovely hot water coming out of my tap at the proper pressure within a couple of seconds of turning on the tap!

Solar plus battery

Installed solar panels and battery. Job done quickly and efficiently. Easy to deal with, and delivered on dates committed to. The price might be slightly higher than others but read the reviews. Greener Energy did a great job. My system was running straight away, and already delivering savings.

Three stars aiming for five.

Unfortunately only three stars so far. Installation date was fixed on short notice that it was going to be two weeks earlier than expected and would be completed that day. That’s five stars! Electrician turned up first but said he didn’t have the battery or inverter. He did the wiring anyway. The panel installers arrived later and said they would install all but one panel as it had broken in transit. They came back the following week and completed the task. Electrician returned a day early (cancelled job elsewhere) and completed the installation. Problem. The panel installers had wired them up incorrectly so just over half are working. They have to come back next week to fix. It’s fascinating watching what power does come through on the App. When it’s fully running I will be very happy as I can easily see what grid power is being saved. I am sure I will be very happy with the final product so 5 stars would follow down the line.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from Greener Energy Group, the 4 guys that installed our air source heat pump we’re fantastic, they deserve more than 5 stars.

Efficient and friendly service

Our engineer arrived on time and gave us a reminder of his imminent arrival. He was friendly and courteous and gave us feedback on the work he had done and help with our programmer. He was clean and efficient with the work he did. We are confident that the service was properly carried out.

Responding well when things don't go right

They say the measure of an organisation is how they respond when things don't go well. We observed a leak from the new system the Greener Energy Group had installed for us earlier in the year. Over the course of a week Dougie and Martin went about locating the source and fixing it. The company has also indicated it will address the damage caused by the leak. Very pleased with response.

First annual ASHP Service.

Your colleague Martin came to do my annual ASHP Service on Monday. He was helpful and courteous and happy to take time to explain what he was doing and also respond clearly to the detailed questions that I had about my new system. This was much appreciated.

Martin carried out the service and…

Martin carried out the service and answered all the questions I asked. He was professional in his approach and explained how the system worked and explained the importance of good insulation. He has a nice approach with his customers and a credit to the company. This was his 4th time carrying out a service for us. Hopefully see him next year

Heating failure

After less than 2 yrs our heating has gone wrong.( Sat 24/9/22) The electrician said he'd be here Mon morning but office phoned to say he couldn't come til Thurs. I said not acceptable. They changed it to Tues morning. He came and found we needed new valve. That is happening on Fri. Meanwhile we can put it on/off manually but that doesn't work when we are out or overnight so we have to choose - leave it off and freeze and no hot water or leave it on and cook and waste electricity. That will be a week to get it fixed. What will happen if it stops working at all?

Installation of heat pump and solar array (with batteries and car charger). Crews arrived on time, worked throughout, delivered a very high standard of installation, explained clearly what to expect and how the systems worked. End to end was a smooth process from request to commissioning. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Sales and Customer Support were easily contactable and very knowledgeable. The engineers worked in a professional and tidy manner, ensuring that I was aware, understood and agreed to what was planned, before starting.
