We were given a travel voucher due to covid and tried to rebook a couple of weeks ago. We went through the whole of the booking process and then booking failed at the last minute due to an error. I have tried numerous times to contact the company via email, social media channels, their phone number and there online chat and i'm not able to get a decent response or help.

I want to say how much I've appreciated the helpful, friendly and patient service I've received from Iris at Logitravel. We had to change our cruise booking due to health problems and she couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be using Logitravel again

I have been impressed and happy with the service and support I have received from Logitravel. I originally booked a holiday to Eygpt just before the pandemic restrictions, I was offered a refund [but was encouraged to accept a credit voucher], I accepted this option as I thought it's money already budgeted so I'd use the credit voucher for other trips. I would thoroughly receommed Logitravel and intend to use them again in future.
