I have booked a few cruises through this website and I am very satisfied. They always reply to me very promptly and especially Iris Madico is highly efficient. She helped me before and after I booked and helped me with all my questions and requests. Also, they have very good prices. The only downside is that they take a long time to return the money.

Did write a poor review previously but in all fairness did turn out to be hotels fault , did take a long time though to resolve and very difficult to speak to.offer good prices though on accommodation.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Took money on my credit card using roomdi as a the booking vehicle. Abandoned us in a major Uk city with no accommodation despite me having received confirmed booking and the hotel voucher. update:- 11 weeks on now and still fighting to get a refund. If i charged the hours ive spent trying to recover this they would owe me a small fortune the booking reference was 761132326. it was booked through roomdi but YOU took the money from my account. in addition i am now being told that i will not get my money back unless i sign a full and final despite me doing nothing wrong. YOU ARE ALL CHARLATANS

Référence 785579825 Bonjour, J'ai prix un séjour de noce avec Logitravel pour la Sicile (Italie) Le conseiller m'a vendu un séjour à l'hôtel marsala mais j'avais un problème c'est que l'hôtel se trouve à 400 km de l'aéroport de Catane Ya un aéroport de Palerme a 1h de l'hôtel et vu les intempéries et les inondations et l'hôtel propose un transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel 650 euros j'ai décidé d'annuler le voyage , Logitravel ne veux pas rembourser et admettre que la faute viens du conseiller,que faire dans cette situation ?

Cannot delete my account. Already got suspected fraud on the account which is days old. The website gives zero information on how to close you account, clearly on purpose.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Recently booked a weekend break with Holiday Inn via Logitravel for my daughter and friends and trying to change the lead name. Logitravel are at best being unhelpful and at worst obstructive. With very short time scales I am absolutely disappointed.

No booking on arrival

We arrived at our fully paid hotel (paid to Logitravel) to be told we had no reservation and no room. Jury’s inn Brighton, the receptionist fortunately found a room. We refused to repay and he honoured our booking after I was asked to forward all correspondence from logitravel. All contact numbers for logitravel are unanswered or constantly engaged or your talking to a chat robot who only has one word answers. My advice is don’t book or use this company.

FALSE BOOKING

I have made a booking with this company for a hotel 3 weeks ago and have contacted the hotel about my booking 5 times, they have no record of my booking. Their emergency number doesn’t work either and just refers you to a chat. I have spoken to their customer service before as well who assured me my booking would be logged. I am due to check in on Saturday and so far it seems that they have taken payment for something they have not provided. Would not recommend.
