I was in trouble with a booking due to misunderstandings about visa entry ! Iris had been unbelievably kind and helpful all along ! Sadly I had to cancel and the amazing Adrian got me changed Fleights and a full refund for my hotel ! I feel they did their absolute best for me and were polite thoughtful and helpful at all times ! I will be using them as my regular agent from this point and have already recommended them to both my clients , friends and of course family ! Superb !!!!✊️🙏🌈🤗

I despair of this Company- We are due to embark on Cruise on Saturday and still haven't got my Tickets I need from them I have advised them Msc have requested they ring and sort but nobody ever replies to Emails I keep ringing and emailing- I will never use this Company again

Awful experience. Holiday was cancelled due to COVID which is fine and we accepted our £1850 as a voucher as we understood the pressures the travel industry was under and wanted to be considerate. We then rebooked for August 2021 at a much higher price using the voucher as deposit. As the summer went on and the further COVID uncertainty went on we decided to push it on to 2022 ( some of our party weren't able to be vaccinated so we were anxious about the uncertainty ) For months the phone number was out of use. The website was glitching and couldn't modify dates and the bot chat thing wasn't yielding any communication back. Eventually when we were contacted a few weeks before the due departure we were told we could change date but someone would be in touch. 1 week later sorry those dates are unavailable. We try again 1 week later ( those dates will yield a new price of £8700) ouch. We were then 2 days before departure and the rude manager on the phone just pressed us for full payment in order to change the dates or lose the whole lot. I will be chasing this and getting legal advice. It seems like intentional difficulty to be communicated with and then extortion at the end. DONT USE!!

No refund even when entitled to
After purchasing a ticket, I contacted them several times to get my PNR code (that the airline company needs in order to ask for my refund). I have right to a refund from the airline company but Logitravel, who was the intermediary, does not want to give me my money back. So they are thieves, period.

Had a very stressful experience with this booking site - a nightmare to get someone in customer care to get in contact with, took 5 months to cancel our booking due to the pandemic and the amount of time I had to spend to get this outcome was crazy - avoid this company.

Logitravel said that my hotel booking…
Logitravel said that my hotel booking was fully refundable so when I canceled it 12 hours after booking (cause I changed my flight dates) I received an email verifying my refund had been processed in line with their terms and conditions. I then rebooked another hotel through them but only noticed after I’d made that booking that I’d received an Email informing me that they weren’t giving me refund at all but had issued a voucher. Update as of 1st June. I am pleased to say that Logitravel have issued the refund in full and have also called me to resolve the issue which was very proactive of them. Still not sure if the email about the voucher was a mistake or not but they have promised to take on board my feedback so hopefully other customers will not get such contradictory service.

Illegally taken money without authorisation & booked a cruise I was told we could not book because it was full
Tried to book a cruise through the company on Wednesday 19th May 21 and received an email to say that there was no availability and that the booking could not be fulfilled on Thursday 20th May 21. So instead we contacted MSC directly and were able to book the cruise and paid in full. Today on Friday, 21st May - I have received an email saying "Due to a technical error on the booking website from msc the departure was shown as not available. This error has now been resolved and we could luckily confirm your reservation." This company have now taken another full payment for the cruise and will not answer the phone, respond to Facebook messages, emails to refund the money they have illegally taken without authorisation. We now have two bookings/cabins for the same cruise. This is totally unacceptable to book before even contacting us to see if our circumstances had changed.
