The process is simple, but when selecting the payment using the bank transfer it was a bit slow. Also I experienced some issues when selecting some banks.

Made a hotel booking through them, paid online, it was very quick and easy and I was e-mailed a hotel voucher shortly afterwards. Can't say fairer than that. Oh, and it was the best price around. edit: Marked down a star as 7 months later they haven't paid out for Quidco cashback, which wasn't great for a hotel website anyway.
