WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I used them for a cruise last year in May/ June last year from Barcelona to Rome (Ref: 942978651) on Princess Cruises. LogiTravel mislead me in the bookings by not advising that though the ship docks at 5am, you are not allowed to disembark until after 7am! My flight was at 8.15am or so.. I booked it bearing in mind IF we are docking at 5am, I should have 2 hours to get to the airport. That was in Rome! I went out of my way to even hassle guest relations so as to get a way to disembark earlier but it was the law that they couldn’t bypass! I raise this concern later after I got home (after spending over £500 to get another flight home) with this bogus company that clearly has so many negative reviews and did not get any response other than a rude person ‘closing’ the case!! There is NOWHERE in their terms and conditions that states this, i.e that the ship docks at 5am but you don’t get off until 7am! So essentially they should be held accountable and refund my costs for the missed flight! I have tried so many ways to get a refund and hold them accountable but month’s later, still nothing. Also, another thing, every-time you search their ‘deals’ on their website i.e for cruises or holidays and try to proceed to buy it, it comes up as “this cruise, deck, hotel, etc is not available.. please choose another option..” And so on it goes. So HOW can you be having ‘deals’ that actually don’t even exist? HOW is that possible? IF they are sold out, WHY are you sending out these ‘sale’ emails misleading customers and making them believe those deals exist when in reality, your probably just baiting customers to increase traffic to your website. You run this travel company like the scam it actually is! Just a shame you haven’t been brought to justice! But you will! HOW ARE THEY EVEN LICENSED TO OPERATE? This is clearly an incompetent And I intend to contact the media such as BBC Panorama. You cannot keep stealing from people!!

A friend in need is a friend indeed

I had several issues during booking process with my bank payments and I got all the support I needed to resolve everything. IMO is easy to get 5 stars when things go smooth, so I am happy I can put the same 5 stars even in my case.

We went on a cruise in May 2024, Iris was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. She always returned telephone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner. Well I have traveled alot

Well I have traveled alot. Europe,America,south America, Mediterenean, Africa. I booked my last three cruises with Iris of Logitravel. What a lady, she was always helpfull when I required her services. I was surprised that even when she was on her maternity leave she did all her best to help me. What an exellent service she gave me when she returned from her leave. I have booked another Mediterenean cruise for the comming March. She convinced me with her gentle style and with out being too fusy. I managed to convince my friend and their fore we booked a cruise for two couples. I MUST THANK LOGITRAVEL because of Iris, thanks for her genuine help and Excellent service I always try to contact this lady of Logi travel before I book any thing which goes with Travel.
