I booked a hotel in Spain in February…

I booked a hotel in Spain in February last year. due to covid I had to cancel and was issued with a voucher. Valid date until 31/12/2021. this past week now travel restrictions are lifted. I have been trying to book another hotel, using the voucher. Each time the request to verify the voucher shows a problem. and says try in a few minutes. you do not answer any telephone calls, you do not answer any emails, and you do not have anywhere on your website for customers to to contact you through that media. Neither do your reply to twitter messages. so now I would like to receive a refund. Please tell me how I can obtain this refund. I do understand that the travel industry has been hard hit due to the Pandemic, but so too are other industries and many people my age are losing their jobs with little hope of find something else.

A real must NOT

When I found a travelodge deal via trivago it was a third price of when I used travelodge app which sounds very tempting. Reading all the reviews it seems like they take your money travelodge say it has not been book and as always you never get your money back.

Looking for my REFUND of €4,300.06. I have sent you an email reply when you asked for my bank details to submit the refund. Why you did not put the money back on the credit card used I have no idea. upon calling the contact telephone number on 4th May, I was informed that my refund would be processed within 10-14 Days from that date. I have subsequently sent you emails to find out when you intend to process and you are now ignoring my emails. I have checked your registered company address for Logitravel.ie at unit21 Hardmans Business Centre and have been informed by the landlord that you do not operate from there and that the current tenant has left. I have also checked the registered address of your .co.uk website at 8th Floor Becket House, 36 Old Jewry London EC2R 8DD and this is a mail handling centre so why if you are a genuine legitimate business would you not list your Spanish address as your registered office. I can see that you are a legitimate business but, am puzzled why you would not list your premises Edif. Logitravel Parcela 3B Parc Bit Carretera Valldemosa, Km 7, 07121 Palma de Mallorca. I also see you do respond to queries lodged on this website, so just maybe you will find my order: Reference 677883110 booking ref: QJJKAT BUT THE AIRLINE SAYS ITS MHLJZF. I look forward to a response Dennis O. Thank you for responding. I did send you two emails now i to .co.uk and the to .com but you still do not respond directly to me. What is going on. I have proof that its has been sent.

I booked a hotel with this company due to having free cancellation, I cancelled hotel as the area is still in tier 3 and I am not allowed to travel and have now been advised due to COVID 19 (the excuse for everything!) I will be issued a voucher? I am very unhappy and disappointed as this was never stated to me!

Over a year and they don't get back to me!!!!

This review was written on the 6th of May. Today is the 4th of June and I never got a single reply. I am waiting now for 1 year and 2 months to hear from them and nothing. I'm very sad about the consideration of the company. I paid over 800 sterlings. First and last time. - I bought a package from Havana to Cayo Largo (16 of March 2020 until 23 of March 2020); However, due to Covid's situation and borders closing, I had to shorten and left the hotel on the 20th. I filled a form about it on the 15th of April of 2020, promising an answer that I never received. I have been sending emails requesting a position from them, but they ignore my emails.

Very good travel agency

Greetings from Siberia!!! This February I canceled my cruise and received a voucher from the agency. But I decided that I would not travel in 2021 and I would like a refund at my bank account. I have submitted a refund request. The agency responded immediately and I received my money. Thank you very mach!

Want full refund NOT voucher!!!!!

I’m in the US and made reservations at an expensive resort at Disney for my son and friends. Roomdi did not provide our resort with a reservation number so we lost out on events and rooms. I want a full refund not a voucher. In the states we don’t use vouchers, I want my CC refunded exactly what I paid. I’m so upset you don’t have a contact phone or respond in speedy fashion. I see some reviews believe you to be fraudulent in your dealings therefore we will get in touch with the police in Spain if we don’t receive our refund.

Horrible experience

We had our wedding in April 2020 and booked a hotel in Seychelles through Logitravel for our honeymoon. Sadly, with covid pandemic, the world closed and we could not travel. I have been following up with Logitravel to get our refund for the hotel booking and have not been able to get hold of anyone. The custom chat on the website is quite standard, but never heard anything back from logitravel team as the "Contact Us" section promises. It has been almost 10 months now that I still have no formal response from them and no refund in sight. Such a horrible experience !

Just to give an update

Just to give an update. At booking, I paid the full amount for a cruise which was cancelled. I requested a full refund rather than a voucher and Logitravel directed me to the cruise company for this. After 4 months, the cruise company eventually refunded 5% of what I had paid saying that was all they had received from Logitravel. It took a further, more than 2 months of Logitravel insisting they had paid the cruise company the full amount before they eventually admitted they still had 95% of my money. I have now received the full refund after nearly 7 months and many emails & telephone calls on my part. At no time did Logitravel contact me other than by perfunctory email. Terrible communication and either inadvertent or deliberate lies told over many months.
