Whilst the quality of manufacture was obvious the fabric wasn’t sturdy enough to feel like a winter coat. The packaging and invoice/returns information felt very old fashioned. Didn’t expect to have to pay for returns. My query online has not been replied to.

Nice quality coats (2nd order). But return and replacement procedure is below expectation. No confirmation mail on arrival of returned coat, No holding of desired replacement coat for duration of return and handling (checking damage = understandable): Total, excl. return 7 working days, so up to 14 days incl. return without certainty about availability replacement size.

The duffelcoat was just what I had been hoping for. And I recieved the coat very quick.thank you.

Sehr hohe Versandkosten (30 Pfund), die bei Rücksendung nicht erstattet werden. Zusätzlich muss man noch die Rücksendungskosten tragen. Nicht zu empfehlen! Schnitt der Jacke war ok, Farbe aber eben nicht ganz wie abgebildet - Jacke ging daher zurück.
