Coat is high quality and stylish very pleased

Ordered a classic extra long duffle coat in Size 14. Excellent quality but had to return as it was more like a size 20 and sleeves were too long. I was told that it is designed to wear with thick jumpers but the whole point of this heavy coat should be that you don’t need to wear thick jumpers. A shame really.

The service is excellent. I got some misunderstandings with the site and with my order. The lady behind the line was very kind and helpful. I am waiting for my dufflecoat but I have confidence in the quality of the product.

The Duffle Coat came in good time, really, but the size was too tight, but too expensive to send back. I did the measurements and oversized it by two inches but the chest is tight and so is the hip size. It just about fits me but doesn't have the right look, unfortunately, but the quality is excellent.

About 2 weeks ago nyc had a day of -10 degrees f. ( About has cold as it gets here ). Without a medium - heavy sweater and down vest, the coat would not have maintained body warmth. In particular, insulation in the arms was inadequate on that day. At 30 degrees f.or above the protective design of the coat is effective. With the climate crisis we are seeing extreme swings in weather patterns ( 4 days later the temp. reached over 50 degrees f. It would probably be best to have a removable interior lining added as an option. All the best, ian M.
