Great duffle

Ordered men's zip neck submariner sweater ('medium', after reading reviews, sizes tend be on the plus size, turned out the right choice for me, normally buy 'large' size sweaters) on a Sunday pm, delivered on the following Tuesday. Zip is on the 'stiff' side (reviews advised of this as well), needs lubrication, may try candle wax. Currently well pleased with my purchase and with the price paid. After a blue/navy one as well, but out of 'medium' stock.....

I was very happy with my purchase and expecting to receive a tweed duffle coat. I received no email for shipment. So I sent an email to the company and they said the coat was out of stock. That’s strange as the website shows the coat is still in stock. I’m sorry, I’m really dissappointed! Otherwise I got a quick refund.

I recently bought a merino submariner sweater for 99£. The material seems excellent, but after wearing it for just 1 day I noticed that the neck got unstitched in two points, and I had to fix it. The size is the right one, and I didn't do anything wrong, just wore it and go to work. I suppose it is just badly stitched.

Good quality item. Efficient delivery service. Had a few problems with website requiring a telephone call still wasn't resolved.
