Still no refund after 18 days
I returned three bracelets and they were delivered back to the company on 6th and 9th January and I am still waiting for a refund. I've tried calling the customer services number and no-one picks up. I've also emailed three different email addresses and none have responded to me. I'm very concerned that I won't receive a refund. I'm amazed that there isn't a working number to call. I have resorted to leaving a poor review in the hope that this will cause them to respond to my emails. Seems I'm not alone and unfortunately only the good reviews get a response. I'm not giving up on the refunds.
Website is a load of sh#t
Website is a load of sh#t. I literally changed my password twice and each time saved it to my phone, only to be met with the same error trying to log in again saying it’s incorrect. I literally saved it to my phone as soon as I changed it, yet somehow it works to let me in straight after changing but when I try to log in 5 minutes later it’s incorrect and I have to change it AGAIN? - what a joke.

The original ring we ordered was too big so we returned it for a smaller size. The return process was simple & replacement ring arrived quickly. The ring is so nice. It was bought for my son who is really happy with it. Great service from start to finish.
the bracelet was snapped
the bracelet was snapped - and it was a special birthday present so I wasn't able to give him his present on time. I've returned it but waiting for the replacement.

The ring size range does not go up to usual men’s size range so didn’t fit. I had to return this, it is showing as delivered a week ago and still no response! I spent £75 on this item and I haven’t received response.

Good products but poor communication. Returned a product to be exchanged and it’s been nearly a week with no communication of any sort. Emailed twice with no response. A shame because I would have liked to get more stuff here in future based on the product quality and price point… just let down on poor service. Don’t seem to be alone in having this issue either.

Anyone else finding it impossible to get a response from this company??? No phone number, just the email addess that confirms the order that they never seems to respond to, so FRUSTRATING! Fabulous chain, love it, as does my son who it was bought for as a birthday present however the clasp has broken on only the second time he has worn it. Eventually advised to return this for an exchange. Item was received back by Serge DeNimes 20th January and haven't heard a peep from them since. I have to say, the products look fab but the customer services leaves a lot to be desired. In this fast moving day and age it leaves a lot to be desired, most frustrating :(
