Oversold Item Not Replaced and Misled!

I Placed a Black Friday order and received an order update email a few weeks later stating my item was oversold and that it was currently in production to be fulfilled by Christmas. I was told to reach out to customer service. Customer service stated my item was lost and not available to be replaced and then gave me a store credit for the discounted value of my item that won’t even cover the cost of a new item. I feel like I’ve been wronged by their customer service department and order announcements that misled me and resulted in my lost Christmas present not being replaced or compensated for properly!

I had the bracelet for just over a…

I had the bracelet for just over a week, never took it off and noticed the bracelet had fallen off. I had been wearing gloves, taking them on and off, but a bracelet of this price should not fall off or break due to the use of gloves.

Great product unfortunately absolutely…

Great product unfortunately absolutely horrible customer care. Took over 3 months to fix my broken bracelet which I had to send back with promise they will pay for my expense to send it back and never did. So far I still haven’t received my bracelet because delivery company lost my package but after informing customer care nothing happened so far (been 3 weeks). Also I place my another order at Black Friday and to this day I still haven’t received anything. Contacting them is almost pointless, gonna wait 1-2 weeks for response and nothing is gonna happened anyway. Such a shame.

The size didn’t fit so I did a return form over Christmas and they did take a while to reply but all good now and they’re re sent another ring out, just hope this one fits, I did buy a ring sizer as well but just wasn’t right size

When I ordered the ring I was notified afterwards it was out of stock … however they managed to get me one before Xmas !! Great customer service from what could have been a bad situation …

Ordered in November and it’s now January and no delivery

Ordered in November. It was delayed for a while due to mismanaging stock levels and it’s now January and still no sign of my order.
