Do Not Purchase From this Company

I returned a necklace that I have proof of delivery on 27th November and as yet have not received a refund, any acknowledgement of the return and no reply to five emails that I have sent. The customer service is non-existent, I would avoid this company!

Disappointed

Bought a jasper ring - nothing like the picture. I know stones are natural and will change from ring to ring but this is nowhere near to what I expected. Has put me off buying from Serge DeNimes.

Didn’t deliver my item

Didn’t deliver my item, Royal Mail still says expecting it 2 weeks later. Didn’t refund or offer to resend an item that probably costs them a few quid to make. Having to go through PayPal to get a refund. Not worth the time, but from somewhere decent.

Items Missing - Being Ignored

It would be a 5 star review as the last 3 orders I’ve had with them have arrived on time and the quality of the jewellery is excellent. However, with the most recent order a package arrived lacking 50% of the order - the more expensive necklace. I’ve emailed them with pictures as they request and still nothing after 2 days. Not even an acknowledgment of my email. Really disappointed in the customer service with a company that has been great for me in the past.
