Amazing customer service and great product- what’s not to like?

The jewelry looks amazing both ring and necklace. The ring size chart helped me find the best size for the finger I had in mind. Now I can use it to complete my looks with other accessories from the brand. The necklace is minimalist and very beautiful it’s a hit for me ! When it comes to the delivery it was both fast and without a problem. It came in less than a week from the UK to here in Belgium. The packing by light but safe. The brand also offers many methods of payment such as Klarna so any wallet can afford a little treat from them. I’m very satisfied and will order from Serge Denimes in the future for sure !

Absolutely incredible quality and the best jewellery by far. I’m 54 and have purchased a lot of jewellery in my time but the quality of these pieces is outstanding and the price can’t be beat. Always am looking for pieces to add as can’t resist. o

Awful customer service team, don’t believe there is anyone behind it - extremely poorly run. Save your time and avoid shopping with them.

The product looked nothing like it did on the website. I didn’t realise that I could not get money back as it was on sale. I still haven’t had a credit note or confirmation of the product’s return
