At first was very happy, but customer service non-existent

At first was very happy, but product broke easily and I have tried to contact customer service multiple times (5+ now!) with no response, to get it replaced as per their exchange policy. Would not shop here again.

Broken item, no refund

Bought an item on sale which broke after two months. They could not replace the item and would not give me a refund because of store policy. Why would I want store credit at a store where the items break so easily? Unresolved and will not buy from them again

Diabolical company with shocking…

Diabolical company with shocking customer services. Been ongoing since July!!!!!!! Still not sorted!!!! I had a broken earring and they said they would replace it. I have apparently been sent the wrong replacement which I am yet to receive.. Now they're telling me I have to use the returns portal online rather than carrying on to sort this issue out. Their lack of personable skills is outrageous!!. They initially tried to refuse the return/replacement to begin with telling me about an old order which was from November wasn't within a year. Which Is amusing because even if it was the November order it was within the year! I have never been left feeling so frustrated and undervalued as a customer from a company before. And jewelry is such a personal thing, youd think the customer services team would really be representing the company in its best light hiving you the best experience they could. Far from it. AVOID this company at all costs. They're not worth the hassle. And I'm not the only one whose had their jewelry break!!!

Really bad quality of products which I'm not allowed to return even though its broke for the third time in a row. I have had 3 necklaces from them and they have all broken, do not waste your money.

They're just a scam they'll send you an…

They're just a scam they'll send you an item saves delivered you'll never receive it. You have to deal with some random shipping company and some random online merchant company you've never heard of. Don't even bother trying to get a refund to sell the bank it's a fraud and having reverse the charges.
