Order for ring was placed but never received, no email to say dispatched etc and no response or refund

Ordered 4 items 12 days ago, and then a further 3 items three days later, the three items came within a few days. I’m still waiting for the original order. I have emailed three times, there seems to be an automated response (to the later order) even though I put in the original order number. Have tried the email address given with no response.

The package didn’t come. I had to send two emails before support paid attention to me. 🤷‍♂️

Nachdem ich mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice hatte und angeblich schon mehrfach manuell vom Newsletter abgemeldet wurde kommt immer noch Spam von Serge Denimes.
