Lovely ring and the quality is nice!

Order came three weeks late, intended as a gift, could not receive the order before I caught a flight back home for the holidays.

Great product, fast service and good price

Oversold items on Black Friday (why have BF sales if you are unable to keep control of increased sales/stock, shouldn’t be an excuse anymore), came about a month after ordering, ignored when I asked about refunding shipping.

Tried contacting them numerous times to no response about a return!! Very disappointed

I have been requesting for several days information on a returns process for a gift that was exchanged and have had no response

I bought a ring, quick delivery, I’d got a size too big so needed to return- very straightforward process to exchange for smaller, great communication, and more importantly lovely item! Daughter loved it x

Item came and was too small so I sent off for an exchange. Tracked Royal Mail delivery arrived with them and a week later I’d heard nothing. I sent an email and still heard nothing. Sent them a message on Instagram abs heard nothing. I then emailed every day to no reply for another week. By this time they had the returned ring for two weeks and I’d had no communication at all. Finally someone sent message on insta saying “this should be done” I then had to follow up again to get shipping confirmation. Some of the worst customer service. It’s really not hard to keep customers in the loop.
