Communication needs improvement

I initially received item in good time but needed to exchange for larger size and communication was not initiated from them to update on the status. Instead, I required to prompt them repeatedly for acknowledgement and update on on having returned the item. The exchange was eventually shipped some 3 weeks later.

One month later and still no order.

Placed an order on the 24th Nov (allowing a month for delivery as it’s a Christmas gift) and I’m still waiting!! Emails are ignored. I just want to cancel the order now as I need to purchase an alternative gift from elsewhere. Customer service is shocking!

The quality is not good enough.

The quality of products (Anchor and Journey necklace) is worse than last year (Sliver Cross Necklace). The chain looks like it is made of cheap material.

Take your money and don’t send items …

Didn’t send all of the items I ordered but have not refunded me. Parcel was then delivered to an incorrect address so I have not received my order. They have not answered any emails nor refunded me. Have had to contacted card company to try and resolve. Appalling company - never buy anything from them

Ordered over three weeks ago and still nothing. Ignoring all my emails

I placed a significant order over three weeks ago and, unfortunately, have yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email over the past few weeks, I have not received any responses. This lack of communication is particularly disappointing given the company's promise of 2-3 days delivery and prompt responses to inquiries, even committing to a 48-hour response time during busy periods. Their active presence on social media continues, which contrasts starkly with their unresponsiveness to customer concerns. This experience has been deeply frustrating, as there hasn't been any communication from the company to explain the delay or update on the order status. It feels like customers' needs and concerns are not a priority for them. I would strongly advise not making a purchase from this company.

Nothing received after one month

I ordered on 23. November 2023, almost one month later i still did not receive my order. My two mails asking about the whereabouts of my order were ignored. Ridiculously bad service.

damaged jewellery and non existent customer service

Item arrived damage. Trying to get it exchanged but all communication has stopped (been 10 days no) aren’t replying to emails, don’t respond to dms and won’t have item in time for Xmas now

Appalling

Appalling. I ordered a necklace, it turned up completely tarnished and awful quality. I exchanged for another one, same poor quality and very tarnished. I returned the item to them 2 weeks ago and they are now ignoring my emails chasing my return and there is no phone number! Never shopping here again and would warn anyone against using them.
