Items never received. Like many people on this page, ordered on Black Friday - they told me the two rings had been delivered but I was in the property at the time. Multiple back and forths with the company to the point where they stopped replying. Charge back with CC company issued AVOID

Wrong item delivered. Which coincidentally or not was cheaper than the actual item ordered. Emailed & rang multiple times. No reply. Had a look on trust pilot and it would seem I’m not alone in my poor experience.

Ordered an in stock product on black friday and got an email to say that due to unprecidented demand, orders are delays. Got a generic email about last dispatch dates for Christmas so chased the order several times - NO RESPONSE.... asked for a refund... NO RESPONSE - theres not even a way to log in and request a refund. Theres no whatsapp customer service option - whole thing looks done on the cheap. What happened to the stock control over the black Friday sales, either it never existed - rooky error or looks like they got greedy and turned it off... so guess we are going down a card dispute route. I mean they are selling a product that they cannot fulfil - thats stealing... will cost them more in charge backs. I'd say its terrible customer service, but looks like theres NO customer service at all - employing people costs money. Silver lining is once I tell my husband that its a Made in Chelsea reality star's company he will go off the brand entirely which I learned whilst chasing their non existent customer service.

Returned 2 items and got no refund. Tried contacting them via email TWICE and no response. I have the proof of delivery and everything. Disgusting service

Present for christmas

Had a problem with my shipping address and Jourdan was kind enough to give me an alternative method to get my items shipped to me. However, it took quite awhile for the solution to be put into action. But overall, Jourdan was extremely helpful in allowing me to get the items I wanted
