I’ve shopped at Serge for many years and bought some lovely pieces. However my recent experience means never again! I bought some items in the Black Friday sale (all showing as in stock) and expected normal delivery. The items have still not arrived. Their customer service team do not respond to emails and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Really disappointed.

Didn't receive my order

They said my item was delivered by Amazon shipping ,but the item wasn't anywhere to be found. I asked the company to provide a photo from The Amazon courier as to where they supposedly left the item as I have cctv and could have checked .I needed an exact time of delivery and photographic evidence , but the company failed to provide me with this evidence . The item I ordered cost me £60 ,it was a Christmas gift for my son and I feel as of I've received little support from this company . In the past Amazon couriers have left my parcels in the street outside my house ,where anyone could steal them .In the same week another parcel from Amazon did not arrive so I'm worried the parcel from this company has been left in a place where someone could steal it .Either way , I didnt receive my order , I'm £60 out of pocket and I'm receiving no support from the company. I'm really unhappy . When I check the parcel tracking number from Amazon shipping, the parcel can't be found it says .. I feel Serge Denime's should refund me for weeks of stress ,having to chase this up . I've sent over 20 emails and got 2 replies where they say they are investigating, but nothing ever happens from these investigations . I urge you not to deal with this company ..customer service is non existent .

Parcel was lost by Royal Mail. Customer service took a few days to respond due to being busy over Christmas but they did send out a replacement with fast delivery in time for Christmas

I have still not had my return voucher

I have still not had my return processed, I sent the item back to you using the QR code and have not heard anything about my exchange voucher. This was a birthday present for my son so very dissspointing.

Good product, poor packaging

The product is good, but it didn’t come with any secondary packaging. I was purchasing this as a gift and expected it to come with a box for the price! Didn’t feel very special opening a padded envelope with loose product inside.
