Bought a $250 dollar bracelet that broke a while after and when I ask if there’s anything that can be done they left me on read. Eventually, after my review, they reached out, but I was already too late since I got it fixed. Decent company for the price, but I'm not sure about the durability.

I received the incorrect item, i have not had time to return the earring incorrectly sent to me but its alot of effort to have to take it back to the post office and mail it back for a return, not impressed i received the wrong item. In the past i have had good experiences with SD but this time i was dissapointed.

I've bought 2 of these pearl bracelets now and the first one disappeared off my wrist and the second one I've bought just snapped after 5 minutes of wearing it. I will not be buying a bracelet here again and I'll only stick to certain earrings from this company.
