International Orders lack transparency regarding returns/exchanges: Very disappointed - I like the ring but it doesn't fit. When I went to complete an International (Australia) return/exchange form for my package, it did not allow for an option of direct exchange. Moreover, the return postage fee is $52 from Australia using their DHL service. The information about the cost of return is very difficult to find - having to navigate through a separate 'help desk' link that does not specify the sheer amount that would be deducted from the refunded amount, especially for a package weighing 0.1kg.

Ordered a beautiful mans signet for husband.I got the size wrong and they quickly turned it around and got me a new one sent out. I needed it quickly as it was a birth present for him. the desings are great and the transport is good but the quality isnt perfoming well.

I had emailed requiring a requested address change on an item i brought. i had a delayed response which by the time it was already shipped out. I then received a response saying my order can be refunded but the delivery address cannot be changed, i then asked for this to happpen. it has been 9 days and i have not received a refund. i then emailed on wednesday requesting for an update and it is now friday and i have not heard anything. highly disappointed as it was a birthday present and i have never had an issue with the brand before.
