Customer service was very quick to respond. The product I had ordered was out of stock at the time I purchased it but they emailed me back after I emailed them very quickly and very politely. They offered for a refund or I could wait until it was back in stock. Even though I haven’t received it yet it’s no problem because nowadays who doesn’t have everything in stock it doesn’t matter where you go the shelves are bare. I would definitely recommend this company just because of the customer service 10stars

I ordered Celtic salt. $19.98 + $5 shipping. They billed me $59 for the shipping! The "contact us" link does not have a phone number. An email is buried deep in a bunch of text. It didn't look like they wanted anyone to easily find their contact info. I called my credit card company and cancelled the transaction before they could fill the order. If it is not a scam, you have a few things to fix. 1) publish a phone number 2) put your email at the top. 3) fix your shipping costs 4) add a link to cancel an order and make it easy to find.

Scam #1000?

I placed an order for Celtic Sea Salt on July 30. The website had an incredible price listed so I ordered 3 1# bags for a total of $27.95 with shipping. Order was confirmed and my bank was charged. After a few weeks of no salt arriving I contacted them and suddenly they were "out". I realized real quickly that the website had listed the wrong price and now they were trying to get out of fulfilling the order as they offered me a refund immediately. I opted to "wait for a restock". Here we are almost 2 months later with no salt, no communication from "customer service" despite many attempts. I even went on the website (salt is now listed at $19.98 per bag and appears to be in stock. Clearly I have been scammed. Update in response to HealthCentral USA- I have been in email contact with a "customer service" rep named Tracy so obviously I have proof that I, in fact, did email the "right" contact. Funny you don't explain where the Celtic Sea Salt is or why you haven't filled the order!

I ordered some Celtic salt mid August. It's now September 24th with still no confirmation email of order fulfillment. I'm beginning to think I got scammed. I've sent two emails asking about my order with no reply to any of them.

SCAMMERS

They are a fake company. They're scamming everyone out of their money. You would never receive your order nor your money back. No email or phone number to contact them. Stay away at all costs.
