I placed an order on September 8th. Received an immediate email that my order was received and being processed and my credit card was charged. It’s now September 20th, and I still have not received my order or any response to my email. Am I out $70? Is there a phone number to contact this company? I wish I had done more research before ordering. Given all the negative reviews, this appears to be a scam. Why are they not being prosecuted?

The product was no longer available for shipment, so they processed a refund very promptly. Super impressed with their readiness to do what seems right by the customer! ☺

Melody was a great assistance to help me find out what I ordered was not available but might be available in the near future. I immediately got my refund so I can look for other possible resources.

The order was never shipped. 3 weeks without even a confirmation email. I’ve tried to contact them using the proper email it says to use. They are definitely not sorry as it says below on all of the reviews below. This must be a SCAM!!!

Daughter put an order in for me beginning of July. No response. Took the money. Sent email after a month of no package. Still no response. Was sent to correct email. Pathetic. Here it is middle of September and nothing. Out $70. They finally emailed back saying restock on 9-25. Still didn't get it. Then they said delivery issue will refund on 9-27-23. Here it is 10-16-23 no refund!!! Oh and that was the email from the get go we sent the 1st time!
