Had left a £25000 gift to national…
Had left a £25000 gift to national trust in my will, But since it has become woke, Anti British The trust will receive not one penny, Our Heritage should not be left to a bunch of far left, weak individuals, if you haven't already I ask you cancel Yr membership & let these Leftwing vandals know what you think,

Now a political organisation!
Such a tragedy, the NT hijacked by woke revisionist warriors, patronising, ill informed and totally convinced by the grand purpose of their faulty sickthink world view!
Cancelled family membership
Cancelled family membership, the NT has completely lost the plot. I didn't sign up to be a member of a political party that wants to tell me what to think. Also terrible management of parkland access during lockdown, absolute rubbish.
I will not be patronised
I will not be patronised
Disgusting woke behaviour
Disgusting woke behaviour, cancelled my membership after hearing how they are brain washing children to be anti British. Boycott the national trust!
The new booking is totally flawed
The new booking is totally flawed. Why only release a week at a time? Why not limit the number of times the same person can visit so that your fully paid members can actually get to use their membership? No wonder you are making a loss as people cancel membership because you cannot figure out that huge open spaces do not need limited numbers of people. Get a grip NT!!
Bad, bad leadership.
We have become increasingly disappointed by the direction the Trust has taken in the last few years. From the climate change nonsense to the current virtue signaling it makes every wrong move possible. We ceased to be members several years ago and will not rejoin until a change at the top.
I have just cancelled my family…
I have just cancelled my family membership. I am not going to tolerate the political lecturing from guardians of buildings and nature.
The National Trust and Slavery
I completely support the National Trust in researching the past associations of its properties with slavery. I like to get a full rounded picture of the places, houses, and people when I visit and read. The previous omission of associations with slavery, as just one example, plays into an incomplete history of NT assets. It is brave of the Trust to undertake this and to update its narratives in the face of vocal and vitriolic opposition where any question of slavery and imperialism is branded as unpatriotic. The NT is a very establishment institution which can be applauded for updating history in this way. Well done.
Why doesn’t the National Trust stick to preserving our heritage
Why doesn’t the National Trust stick to what it does best, maintaining our heritage, instead of taking sides in politics. That is what we pay our money for. I am so disappointed and appalled. I will not be renewing my membership or my family’s in the future until the NT gets a grip.
