Within two days of my order I had a team of plumbers at my door ready to begin work. From that date it took no longer than three days my job was completed it seemed that they were all perfectly organised Each one of the fitters couldn't do enough for brilliant team of men. Thank you so much guys.

All the workers from LMF have been fantastic especially the plasterers Dave and Dean they went above and beyond expectations nothing was to much Thier quality of work is second to none they took pride in every they did, LMF are lucky to have professionals like them. They are a credit to LMF, also a big thanks to little Tom the chippy for all his hard work.

There were SO many internal issues that led to the installation taking FIVE months to complete. Nothing wrong with the contractors, but up until Christmas 2023, LMF suffered from DREADFUL admin behind the scenes. There were no calls to say a trade was expected on site so a 'random' guy would just knock and say he was starting work, then no collaboration between the trades when on site. The scaffolding was up and down three times in all! However, things DO seem to have improved recently, our solar installation is now (it's end Jan '24) complete and we're now waiting for the sign-off paperwork, so although the end result would have rated four/five stars, the trouble we had on our journey only rates them a TWO star overall response I'm afraid. Give them a try now. They DO seem much better, but keep on them if you want a timely result.

The only complaint I have is communication I was left at home one day and wasn’t told to 3pm they weren’t coming that day. Everyone else was great

Said they'd be in touch in a couple of days. After months of me calling them, 6 times, still no one gets back to me, just every time I call them, they say, "I will forward on your message to relevant department, we'll be in touch", they never are!! DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! Useless!!

The LMF team were such a hard and efficient team of workers. They were polite, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the result.

Well organised all the tradesman were very helpful.

While there were some minor issues during installation (e.g., the sales team sending proposal with the wrong calculations, leaving the scaffolding up way too long, damaging the facade, etc.) the worst happened afterward. When installing the solar panels they also caused leaks from the roof into our bedroom. I notified them immediately as massive yellow stains appeared on our ceiling and I was very worried about winter rains. It's been months and they are not replying to my messages and have not sent anyone to fix the issue they caused themselves. I asked for their insurance details and they blanked me. Totally disheartened and very worried about the damage caused to our roof and loft - would not recommend.
