Very high quality service. Very impressed with the installation team - friendly but professional too

The installers were very friendly and approached the installation with a calm can do attitude, especially when dealing an old house. The end results are great and I look forward to reaping the benefits going forwards.

Generally, a very good experience. I can't fault the installation engineer, first class. My only critique is that they're not the easiest to get in touch with. I lost my invoice email and tried a number of times to call. Only to receive a permanent engaged tone. So I used the contact us section on their website, which went unanswered. It was only when they chased me up for payment, that I was able to ask for my invoice again. This aspect of their customer service could certainly do with improving

Friendly and efficient

LMF did our Eco4 improvents. The plasters were great, very pleasant to have around. However they used another company to do the heating system. They were in too much of a rush. There were a number of major issues. Some were rectified, some still aren't. Several months on and our shower is still unusable as there is no hot water pressure. Several people have attended, been unable to resolve it and said all they can do is 'do a report'. Then we wait weeks for someone else to come who can't resolve it either.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, workmanship and overall great service.

Excellent installers. Excellent staff with whom I spoke to on the phone. I was kept informed throughout. Good quality workmanship and equipment that was installed. No issue's. Highly recommended company.

LMF Energy Services (ESOLAR) did an okay job overall, hence the 3 stars. They installed insulation, solar panels, a heat pump, and more in my old house. The workers were polite and professional, and the site manager, Mike Philips, handled things well. However, a few hiccups and delays meant the project could’ve gone smoother. While some aspects were finished to a good standard, the entire process wasn't as seamless as I'd hoped. Decent work, but not outstanding.

Very good installation. Given that the price of an installed battery has fallen by around two thirds we should expect savings pretty quickly. Installation went smoothly. Installer was great
