Workmen were all pleasant and polite,worked quickly and efficiently.planning could have been better . We had 4 different trades in on the same day. Communication needs to be better

LMF energy is committed to helping people keep warm by upgrading their energy efficiency. Everything from solar panels to heating systems and insulation. So many have been helped by their expertise, I had batteries connected to my panels that allow me to store electricity off peak and from my panels during the day The installation and help was excellent start to finish.

After a minor delay in starting the installation (possibly due to high demand) the battery installation was completed within the day and the app setup was assisted by the technician. Additional support was provided promptly when requested by email.

The installation was made through Local Authority scheme Solar Together. Everything was done for me all I had to do is confirm a date for the installation. The standard of work was excellent with no fuss or mess. Afterwards, there was one small thing that needed rectification and as soon as I made LMF Energy Services aware of the issue, the electrician was at my house an fixing it.

LMF were the preferred supplier as part of Liverpool Council's Solar Together initiative. We signed up for it as the information, design of system and the resulting quote were easy to understand, tailored to our requirements and were at a competitve price. The work was done promptly and the scaffolders, panel riggers and electrician all came when they said they would - all project managed by Lauren at LMF. The tradesmen were tidy, courteous and competent. An excellent performance all round - highly recommended!

I was very concened about having having such a large amount of work done. Complete new central heating system, water tank, heat pump, solar panels and PIV. I shouldn't have been worried. All of the contractors were prompt, worked long hard days and cleaned up after working. I was kept fully informed about who was due to arrive and what they were going to do. Best of all, we now have hot water on demand and a warm house. I cannot fault the way everything was organised, the work and workmanship.

So our work began, we had several teams of workmen each doing different parts of the work required for our home. All were polite, friendly and respectful. Work was always done swiftly and without fuss and little or no mess. It took just a week to complete. The solar panel team were amazing, even telling us about a few broken tiles which they kindly moved from where the panels were being installed and used good ones, this meant we were able to get replacements and change them without any fuss! The air source pump installers were contractors from a company called MMG Plumbing and Heating, and travelled from Scotland to us in west wales., again top class team and the work carried out was fabulous., today we’ve had Mike Phillips come to check everything has been done satisfactory and kindly took all the rubbish away in his van.. would definitely recommend this company and MMG for work in anyone’s home.. thank you from Fairbourne

I have had 11 x PV Solar Panels installed by LMF Energy Services under the Solar Together scheme. The scheme vets installers and provides cost savings by its "bulk purchasing" power. LMF won the contract and my installation took place at the end of November 2024. The whole process ran extremely smoothly. Once I accepted their quote a site survey was carried out and an installation was arranged approximately 2 weeks later. The scaffolding was erected 2 days before installation and on the installation day the solar panel installers had the job done in under 3 hours. The electrician was on site for about 6 hours ensuring the inverter was connected in the loft to the panels and then down to the fuse box, and then to the smart meter. He took extreme care in ensuring the cable run to the fuse box was as inconspicuous as possible. By the end of the day I was producing electricity for my home with any excess being exported to the national grid (for which I am paid). The scaffolding was removed 5 working days after installation. All the LMF staff were professional and friendly, and there was minimum disturbance throughout the whole process.

A great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout from LMF. The teams that installed the solar, plumbing and air source were quick and clean and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the install and good riddance to to my old oil boiler ch system.
