This company is amazing. From the initial phone call to booking a survey and the installation of the storage heaters it was carried out with total professional manner. Liam who carried out the survey and two who installed (sorry forgotten names) were brilliant. I was updated at every stage. Thank you

Everyone that we met who has been involved with our solar panels, has been hard working and good at their respective jobs, very polite and pleasant. We are just waiting to have the panels connected to the onsite power supply, which is proving to be a challenge for the electrician because a platform needs to constructed.

I am a 90 year old man living on my own and was able to take advantage of the government grant to have solar panels to my bungalow with no charge to myself. I contacted LMF energy and have had nothing but praise to offer over the last month, which includes a holiday period, they have carried out the work with the minimum of disruption to me and all of them very sociable and willing.The scaffolders, the fitters and the electrician and those in the office have all been exemplary. So a great big THANK YOU to all concerned!!!

Everything started really quickly re: surveyor then approval then scaffolders, then…….everything seemed to fall apart. It took 5 visits and 10 weeks until the panels were fitted. Team 1 kept turning up and there appeared to be an excuse every time they came ie, not got the right fittings, it’s too wet, wrong size panels etc etc. Then last week Team 2 turned up, a day earlier than expected and everything was done like lightening. Very efficient, kept me up to date with progress during the day and even replace a slate or two! Could not fault them at all. Now waiting for the electrician today to link things up then it will be all systems go

All contractors who came out were excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. Lost a star as occasionally were a bit disorganised.

I took a gamble on a cold call offering free solar and air source heating and I am very glad I did. The plumbers and electricians were local firms and very prompt. The work done was done well and was really neat and tidy. My little Cornish Cottage was always a bit cold and damp but it now feels warm and cosy x

I must say that the dealings I had with LMF Solar upto install was very good. But the after sales is very poor. For the last 3 weeks I have being chasing for LMF to reset my WI-FI/Broadband connection. All the reply I get from them is “I am on a list for somebody to come out to me”. twice I was given possible appointments, first one no field engineer called to arrange the appointment. Second appointment I was told that the field engineer had to be cancelled because he wasn’t an electrical technician. I am still waiting for an appointment to be arranged or a call from LMF manager.

LMF were good to deal with, especially Chloe if there were any queries or problems. The Solar installers were fast and efficient carrying out their work, Everyone was friendly. The only problem that we have experienced was the Scaffolders when installing the scaffolding broke several roof tiles when standing on them. LMF have instructed Roofers to come and repair/replace the tiles. A Roofer has been in touch and we are just awaiting them to come and do the work. I have recommended LMF to others.

All work was carried out clean and efficienf in just one day. All we want now is more sunshine
