From start to finish this was an extremely pleasant experience. The agent that called was helpful and pleasant and more importantly, did not make me feel pressurised at all. The installation was quick and efficient. The scaffolders, installers and electrician were all professional, efficient, friendly and polite. The whole experience was trouble and stress free. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. First class.

All contractors were polite and helpful. Good job done. Very quick from start to finish. Although 2 weeks on still waiting for details of app to manage power. Despite a telephone call chasing. Planners also overlooked a small south facing roof. However fitter changed original design to maximise south facing roof. All in all a good job done. 3 stars due to lack of information on app and planners initially wanting to place some panels on north facing roof rather than the south facing roof! Scaffolders 4 stars. When removing scaffolding they did not clean mess. Fitter and electrician 5 stars. Both very efficient.

Communication wasn’t great, but overall happy with product and installation.

It was very quick the scaffolding came and the day after the installation equipment ,the electrician popped into check things were ok. The installation boys arrived and electrician Paul .they worked efficiently and very tidy .The phone operative was extremely cautious. Thankyou all.

A good looking and well finished off installation. We would and do recommend them. I have read some reviews that complain about it taking time but in our experience you could see that we’re very busy, but we’re always polite, helpful, professional and accommodating. Well done ☺️

Once we had agreed scope of installation everything was very quick and efficient. Scaffolding erected monday. Electrician on tuesday. All installed and working by end of one day. Just waiting on documentation so I can register with my energy provider.

Being in the building trade, I don't very often have cause for praise, usually only criticism. I can honestly say that using LMF energy to install my solar panels was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The company were totally professional from the first phone call. From the initial survey to the scaffolders arriving, who were brilliant by the way, not an easy job for them, & they started the afternoon before scheduled, to the panel fitters who completed well inside the day, to the electrician who asked if he could start the afternoon before scheduled & practically completed it. All the tradesman were totally competent, efficient, left no mess & were extremely personable & polite. I cannot recommend LMF energy enough. K. Stephenson North yorkshire
