We had Dave, Tim and Paul come to insulate and plaster our home, they was very professional, on time everyday and have done an excellent job 👍🏽 very pleased with their work and it’s so much warmer! The electricians was amazing and the plumber! Thankyou so much to everyone who works at / for Lmf you have all been so helpful and we are so pleased with all the work that has been carried out on our home, Emily and Dan in the office have been wonderful throughout the whole process they have answered any questions we have had and has always kept us updated. Would definitely recommend 5 ⭐️

I filled out forms lmf sent a surveyor out to look at property I managed to get about three words out of him then I did not hear anything from lmf for sometime until I rang they then sent out another two surveyors to look at property . I explained that I was in the middle of carrying out work to the kitchen and lounge but I’ve had to stop due to I’m waiting for a double hip replacement. After a few more phone calls i managed to get a start date for the plumbers to start work they removed a 32 kw oil boiler working perfectly and replaced it with a 12kw heat pump as I explained to the plumbers that will not be big enough to heat my property they assured myself and my wife it would be I explained there was another 6 radiators to be fitted in the kitchen/ lounge / master bedroom which I had already purchased. I am an ex heating engineer for calor and fitted more heating systems than I can remember but what do I know.after 3 days The plumbers finished there work and left but could not test the system as the electrician had not carried out his work . The electrician turned up and carried out his work he finished for the night not telling my wife he had left the flooring up in the bedroom which she promptly fell through cracking the utility ceiling on his returning in morning I explained what had happened but I’ll repair it when I’m ok . He got the system working only to find out 3 radiators weren’t working and off he went leaving a load of rubbish next to the heat pump that night the new system broke so no heating for over a week . Which a manager came out and replaced the broken part I explained to him that we are only living in a third of the house and the heat pump is not the correct size with the heating on maximum after 10 hours it can barely heat our living room to 19 degrees. I have emailed several times regarding having to sit on the sofa with jumpers and blankets but they have informed me that 12 kw heat pump will work fine .they have fitted solar panels which aren’t connected yet still waiting so I am very worried about the electric we have used and not even being warm . The plumbers have never come back to get the 3 radiators working . I would do the work myself but I have false knees and waiting for new hips thanks for reading Russ

I was impressed from first phone call, then the dealings with the office, and the installation went really smoothly. I’m going to be patient about final paperwork and about scaffolding (ps they were very good also). The engineers involved were exceptional. One week on it is a sunny winter day today and not drawing any power off grid despite a heater, the dishwasher, the coffee machine and lights plus fridge and 2 freezers. Battery also charging.

Solar panels installed quickly and efficiently all done in a couple of days . Installers polite cleaned up after themselves.Great service,

Had solar panels installed last week and the installation was very quick and efficient. The scaffolding went up and later that day the solar panels went up and they were done by lunch time the next day. The workmen were very polite and tidied up pretty well after. Just waiting for the scaffolding to come down now. Hoping to see a difference in my electric bill soon.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The installers were polite, hard working, tidy and professional. Would highly recommend them.

There is a panel loose on the top of my roof and can hear it flapping in the wind...phoned twice and got told both times someone would phone me.back and never bothered. Will have to find someone externally to fix this, not impressed...

Prompt efficient contact, no nonsense approach!! Assessment done quickly but professionally. Scaffolding erected quickly and panels fitted within two days, friendly tidy workmen. All in all very satisfied👍

i didn't get enough information from them. What I did get was too technical and eventually wrong. as the panels put up were less than the origional plans. I didn't like the 202 pages of handover doc. In ther was info I needed to pass on to my energy supplier, so it was hard to do. An important piece of info was not in there. I had to write to you to get it. It was all so stressful. The actual installes were good and did an alright job. PS you asked for date. I can not remember, so gestamated
