Instal was fine but the follow up …. non existent ! Still waiting for code to use app months later !

A massive Thank you to All the Team from LMF. Thanks to your Professional, hard working Team, you have raised the EPG of the Property which trying to do alone seemed impossible. Since the Team have arrived they have transformed our home into a warm, Cosy environment from Cold ,bare stone walls which had a cave like feel. The LMF workers are a Credit to Society, they made us feel totally at ease,they were kind and considerate,worked around any issues that were at the Property, poor Access, limited parking and a lot of personal possessions to work around. We felt more warmth and care from the workers we met than anyone in our Local Community has ever shown. The People we have met through LMF will forever stay with us. They have changed our lives for the better, we cannot thank you all enough. Thank you to project site manager, Mike Phillips, Tim, Dave and Paul for their pride in their work, not only insulating the property and working with completely uneven walls! The Electricians,Joe, Geraint,Ian and more , plumbers Matt and co, Jason , the solar panels installers and not forgetting the Scaffolders. For anyone I've forgotten to mention, I would like to express our gratitude. A special mention for Emily, who she and her colleague Lauren coordinated extremely efficiently. I had solar panels fitted the men were hard working keeping mess to a minimum as horrendous conditions very professional and pleasant to talk to we were kept up to date on all works happening would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used LMF Energy Services to replace our 5 ageing Night Storage Heaters with state of the art Dimplex ones. On the 23rd October 2023 3 guys arrived. An apprentice Jack , Andy and Steve. They were the definition of professionalism. They covered the floors, they removed the old radiators. The new radiators had a smaller footprint than the old ones so there were a few hole left in the walls. They filled them in so they were almost invisible. Andy painstakingly showed us how the radiators worked and set them up to our requirements. They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed at the end of each day. These guys are a credit to LMF Energy Services who I can recommend to anyone.

It started so well. From filling out the form to within a week solar panels were fitted on the roof. The electrician came and informed us that there were too many panels connected to the same unit and we would need to get the installers back to put it right before he can connect them. That was on 26th September and it’s now 1st November. I have phoned LMF nearly every day and spoken to James. He is very pleasant and quite often says he will phone me back but …. He never has yet !!! I asked if I could escalate the issue as we were both frustrated with the delay, only to be told that any complaints go to him and the only person above him are the directors of the company, who were far too busy to deal with an issue like mine!!!! I really am disappointed with the whole after sales support or lack of it. 24 panels on the roof for decoration only. !!!

Amazing company helpful people from the start from the admin staff onwards. The scaffolding was put up carefully and quickly, Followed by Mark and his team of solar panel fitters great professional tradesmen and finished off superbly by the electrician who managed to conceal most of the cables brilliantly the whole thing done in a day Many thanks everyone.

LMF Energy did a fantastic and very professional job . The solar panel team were very courteous and know exactly what they are doing. Did the job very well and cleaned up all the mess after themselves. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The company worked swiftly and the contractors were professional and polite, couldn't have asked for a better experience
