Excellent clean and tidy no problems very professional

The outfit were professional in every respect. We did make several calls regarding the installation process and every query was dealt with to our satisfaction. I do have to say that over certain issues there were what seemed to be mixed messages and the paperwork was long and not the most coherent and the final handover documents are quite delayed. I can fully recommend the outfit if you keep yourself fully informed on the various processes involved for your peace of mind

After a couple of false starts the installation of solar panels took place. All the installers were polite and very efficient. They tackled a difficult job quickly and without fuss. They were chatty and answered all the questions asked of them. At the end they tidied up well and went through all the paperwork that was needed. The office staff were very good and kept us informed of progress.

I’ve had the scaffolding up a week and I still have it up , it’s a mess every where spare bars on my drive , I now have a leak in my flat roof which I didn’t have before , and no one’s contacted me to see if the solar panels work or not , no one has explained to me how they work or any help at all

Swift service from all, as others have said NAS scaffolding team are brilliant very quick and tidy, they kept us up to date as what would happen. On the Thursday morning as planned via a phonecall with lmf the panel installing team turned up. Due to a the surveyor saying our roof was made of slate when it wasn't they made a 4hr trip with the wrong clips. The following week another set of installers showed up one evening as they were in the area. They worked absolutely tirelessly from 4-7pm installing 9 panels to the front of the building. The following day they finished up with the 9 on the other side. They worked so hard, left all areas tidy. They informed me a electrician would come and connect everything and I'd get a call from lmf in a week to arrange this. Still currently waiting for this but after emailing lmf said they book in for this on a Thursday (tomorrow). Had some guys installing loft insulation and a air filter today; again quick, tidy and respectful. Really easy and fast process so far hopefully it'll save us some money too.

I had a letter by post for free solar panels. I tried to apply online but doesn't go throw saying sorry unfortunately you off gas.
