Driver and laundry seem great.

I scheduled a pick up on a Friday and didn’t expect my laundry back until Monday. Instead, it was returned the next day. I’m am so appreciative. Everything was beautifully folded.

Pickup was late and I needed to call to see what was going on. I think the service costs more than it should. I didn't like how my blankets and towels were wrapped after delivery

I really appreciated finding this service. I had been preparing for surgery for 3 weeks and laundry was just piling up on me, unable to actually get to it. When I got out of the hospital, just looking at it was making me nervous as I knew I couldn't get to it for another 3 weeks. This service was great. The text communications were fantastic. And it seems everything that I sent came back if that's a concern.

I contacted HappyNest after googling laundry services available in my area. I was in immediate need of getting some help with my overgrown laundry and was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I went online, scheduled a pick-up and also called to speak with a HappyNest rep who answered all my questions very patiently and thoroughly. On the pick-up day (Thursday), everything went very smoothly. Michael, the driver, arrived and promptly took all seven bags of laundry (btw, download the app and you'll be able to keep track of how many stops away the driver is from your location). He was very pleasant upon arrival and refused any help from me carrying the bags to his car. Next day (Friday), I referred to the app to see how my laundry was coming along (washing, folding, etc). Once it was done and ready to be delivered it was just a matter of waiting. Fortunately Michael was my return delivery driver as well and he displayed the same kind spirit that was presented from my initial encounter with him. The clothes were delivered very neatly folded in plastic. My only negative would be that they don't offer weekend pickups. Due to my living in an apartment I can't just leave my clothes outside to be picked up if I'm not home so I'll only be limited to use HappyNest when I can be home. Other than that they did an awesome job for me and I would recommend them if you don't have a washer/dryer and need some assistance. I found the price per bag (13 gallon for $29) to be fair as well. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍 for HappyNest and Michael.

Convenient but asked they not put separate bags of clothes together when folding and rebagging them

First time I've used this service and I am still shaking my head about the efficiency & results attained by this company! My beautiful custom made King Size Comforter was returned in beautiful condition! Having been in the Interior Design Business for over 30 years, I am impressed!
