THe communication was great from pickup to delivery. I had a very clear expectation of when they would arrive. My clothes were folded perfectly and smelled great! My only feedback is that I didn't receive my favorite laundry bags back! Had I known you would keep them I would have used regular trash bags. Is there a way to have them delivered with my next order?

I wasn’t to sure how things were gonna turn out But I was so surprised how they notify when pick up and delivery I LOVED IT AND I WILL BE USING HAPPYNEST AGAIN 😊

The ease of signing up, the mobile/desktop UI, and the overall speed of service were great. What wasn't great: our instructions not being followed on what was supposed to be hang-dried. The pants, jeans, and sweaters were shrunken and had definitely been in a dryer. We'd like to use HappyNest in the future, but that (1) makes it harder to trust the service and (2) limits its usefulness.

Let me start by saying that the reason I needed to use the service is due to being displaced in a hotel while work is done on my home. The convenience factor is excellent. The driver who picks up and delivers my clothing is top-notch! He has accommodated my schedule on numerous occasions. The only complaint that I have is that the clothes come back a little stiff and do not smell fresh, like detergent or fabric softener. Update: I spoke with the driver about the softness and freshness of the clothing, and it has since been corrected. All I have to say to the owner of this company is that you have a true gem in Orville (your driver). He is absolutely amazing at his job & at going above and beyond what is expected of him!!
