Great choices as far as folding preferences and detergent, 24 hour turn around service is great for a great price!

Our washing machine pooped out and the new won't be delivered for a week. We had a large amount of laundry following the kiddos going back to college. Happy Nest to the rescue! It was picked up on Friday morning and returned Saturday morning clean and beautifully folded. I will definitely use them again for bulky items and when I need large quantities of laundry turned over quickly.

This was my first time using the service. I appreciated the text messages, but I did not need to be awakened when the delivery was 5 hours away. The first text was at 8:15 and delivery was received @1:45. I would prefer being given an estimated time. Having not used the service before, I was constantly having to watch the tracking which was a distraction from other things I needed to do. Telling how many stops away the driver was meant nothing to me for a first time use. On the positive side, the laundry was just as the website said it would be. I reviewed several sites before choosing HappyNest and I believe I made the best choice.

Charged 200 dollars for 3 bags doubt I will be using service again
