I am normally a laundry care customer and have had no issues with them at all but they were not available and someone I know recommended happiynest as there go to laundry service. The pickup was very smooth I did two bags standard 13 gallon bags from Amazon that I have used with my current service for the last 2 years. I had no issue with the service whatsoever 24 hours later I had my laundry back and I was quite happy what I didn't expect was to be charged this morning for a third bag and to go from paying right around $67 to 99 plus. I can understand you charging me if my weight went over which I am suspicious about because I launder the same work clothes each time through laundry care and would expect to pay right around 70 plus the tip but $99 really pissed me off to say the least. I was told when they went back and measured the bags with their scale that it went from 44 lb to 50 lb. I would have given five stars really would have but I feel I was ripped off by the third bag. I'm not the kind of customer that would jam extra into bags I just wouldn't I think I'll go back to laundry care I just feel if I was doing something wrong they would have informed me within the two years I've been with them I still appreciate your service but I will tell anyone going forward to be aware of this practice. I would have liked to have been informed right away not the third day. Doesn't feel kosher at all

Way more expensive than any other laundry pick up service. Shrunk a very expensive shirt despite me telling them to please not dry it. No indication of when pick up or drop off would be they just showed up randomly and expected me to be home. Would not recommend.

Easy pickup and drop-off, Clothes folded very nicely and smaller great, looked brand new.

Where do I start? First, they did not pay attention to my preferred laundry methods. The soap, fabric softener, and dryer sheets were not what I requested on the app. My towels were not soft and fluffy, and some of my socks came back different colors or gray; no OxyClean was used. My laundry did not smell fresh, and they put my dark clothes in the dryer when I requested that they be hung dry. To top it all off, they charged me a lot of money for a job a five-year-old could do. The reason for two stars is the good folding of my clothes, making them easy to put away.

Easy pick up and delivery service. Set the day, leave the laundry and get returned the next day folded.

the service is great from pickup to delivery. The clothes are washed and dried just the way i chose. Pick up and return are mostly timely.

This company is well run and managed. Use them regularly and they are terrific! And reasonable!!!

My wash was picked up on time, cleaned and brought back the next day.
