My experience was great because it saved me valuable time to do other household chores. They picked up my laundry, washed everything the way I requested and had it back the very next day. They followed my instructions to retrieve it and place it back on my porch.

All I had to do was give everyone their belongings.

Took my clothes 3 days to be returned back to me and I wasn’t notified. My clothes does not smell like any detergent was used or dryer sheets like I specifically asked for. It smells like regular without any freshness at all. I had to keep calling about when my clothes would be delivered. I also asked for the babies clothes to washed using dreft baby detergent and it doesn’t smell like it. Overall I’m very unsatisfied.

My laundry was picked up exactly when I was told it would be and returned right when promised. I was positively impressed and pleased with the service. Thank you.

I've only used HAPPYNEST once but will definitely use their services again. I had very large sized comforters and blankets that weren't getting cleaned in a standard washing machine. HappyNest picked up my laundry on a Thursday and delivered that Friday. Everything was cleaned perfectly, everything was completely dry, I received all of my laundry items back, the rates remained as initially quoted, they followed pickup and delivery instructions. The driver was very courteous when I'd forgotten to sit my bags outside for pickup. Also, I was sent a free bag in the mail although we're supposed to receive 2 bags after the second pickup/delivery service. Honestly, if you can put laundry services in your budget for 2025, do it. This really saved me from lugging heavy laundry up and down stairs, waiting on an available washer/dryer, double drying etc. I will certainly use them again in the very near future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor communication, numerous times they have failed to deliver on picking up my clothes or even delivering my clothes. They just want to say oh sorry here's a $5 credit like that is going to solve anything. This last time I had a scheduled pickup between 7 am and 8 pm and dropoff clothes on Friday. They had some type of glitch is what they said but they just completed it out on their end around 11 am so when brought to their attention they just want to say sorry heres a $5 credit and I can get you scheduled for tomorrow but you will have to wait 3 days to get your clothes back. When we are not far from them, they could have easily came and picked up the clothes still because again pickup is scheduled between 7 am and 8 pm and at 11 am lets just give up and not care about our customers needs. Do not go with this company, they do not care about their customers and look at it as if Oh I lose 1 customer I will just get another customer. I promise other companies perform a better and more efficient service at a better price than these crooks do. You can even take the clothes to Laundry mats and have them wash it and fold it at a more affordable price and you get the clothes back same day.

We switched to Happy Nest last year, and we have been pleased ever since. Everything is processed as requested and the pricing has been affordable.

They are very helpful. They are very informative. Pick and drop off are great Clothes are clean and folded nicely.

Didn't follow my instructions this time- and after I received my laundry back, I had to unfold the clothes and iron most of the clothes and hang them on my hangers myself ( which is, wasting money I paid for ), because they folded everything including button down shirts while I asked for hanging instead of folding. I like how they picked up and returned my laundry, that's the only reason I keep using the service now. In terms of washing, good. But in terms of folding, I can not really trust them EITHER because their folding is not so really consistently good that creating all the wrinkles or marks on clothes most of time when I asked extra attention for folding OR because they do not follow instructions like this time...
