I like Happy Nest. I’ve used them for about 6 months with no issues. Pick up and drop off are easy and all of the staff I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve recommended their services to others.

Better than expected. I was prepared to give my laundry with a 3-4 day turn around but my items came back the next day. Smelled really great folded like I just went shopping. Great service and over the top beyond my expectations.

Not only was my laundry given to someone unauthorized as this was not the instructions provide. Its a new comforter and my 1st time using the service and getting it washed. It came back with a hige marker stain that was not there when they picked up. Customer service is no HELP! DONF USE IT. USE POPLin @happynest maybe if your customer service tried to help me resolved instead of telling me what DIDNT HAPPEN, I wouldnt have yelled. I sent proof of marker use by your delivery person.
