I need to address a serious issue with my laundry that was sent to Happy Nest. It was delivered back to me wet, and unfortunately, this caused me to have severe allergies that landed me in the emergency room. I had provided clear instructions on all bags regarding my severe allergies, and this situation has ruined all of my laundry and put my health at risk.
They lost half my laundry
They lost half my laundry! I called customer service and they tried to locate it, only to basically call me a liar. They charged me around 50 dollars for one load! Then later found the missing laundry. I requested a refund... said no. Offered a 15 credit! I then had to wait over a week and contact customer service to see a credit applied to.the account! Worse laundry experience ever! Wouldn't suggest you try or use this overpriced service!

Returned blanket still wet
In recent laundry returns, a blanket and pillows came back still wet. I expect my things to be returned dry. Having to dry a queen size sheet or blanket is hard to do in a condo.
